Research On The Application Of Techniques And Tactics Under The Change Of Taekwondo Rules

Taekwondo rules play a guiding role in its competition.The constant changes of rules in recent years are both opportunities and challenges for Chinese coaches and athletes.The paper uses methods of documentation,video observation,expert interviews,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,etc,taking the use of techniques and tactics in the finals of the champions of the 2015 and 2017 taekwondo world championships as the research content,studying the influence of taekwondo rule changes on the techniques and tactics of taekwondo athletes in theory,draws conclusions and makes scientific and reasonable suggestions,in order to make our coaches and athletes adapt to the new rules and find new ideas,paths and systems in practice.The conclusions of research show that:1.The new rules of taekwondo,which make the distribution of scores more reasonable,more rounds and more intense,mainly include scoring,fouls and penalties.2.Taekwondo technology is mainly based on horizontal kick and push-kick,with horizontal kick,downward split and boxing as the main scoring means.The success rate of boxing increased from 14.7% in 2015 to 29.41% in 2017,and the score of boxing was paid attention to under the new rules;The striking position is characterized by "the middle position is the main position,the high position is the auxiliary position".3 The number of rotation technologies decreased significantly,from 53 in 2015 to 10 in 2017.The reduction of rotation technologies was greatly affected by the rules.Middle attack is still the main distance selected by athletes.The number of close attack increases rapidly and the success rate increases by 3.99% under the new rules.This shows that the rules encourage athletes to take the initiative in close-range attacks,and increase the coherence and appreciation of the game.4 Under the new rules,the tactics of Taekwondo are mainly based on offensive tactics and complemented by tactics.The tactical score is mainly based on offensive tactics.In terms of success rate,the success rate of offensive,counterattack and tactics is reduced.
