| As one of the most complicated field competitions,China’s women’s pole vaulting project has achieved gratifying results in recent years,but there is still a certain gap between it and European and American countries.The complete pole vaulting technology consists of five parts,among which the running-up technology directly affects the overall technical link;especially the last four-step running technology,which serves as the “link” for the connection between the run-up and the take-off technology,transforms the horizontal kinetic energy into The weight of the elastic potential energy.Looking at the existing literature,this study aims to first explore the relationship between sports performance and the last four-step running skills of Chinese elite women’s pole vault athletes;secondly,compare the last four-step running skills of women’s high jump athletes with different sports levels in China.difference.This article selects the top 8 players in this competition as the research object by shooting the video of the 2017 National Track and Field Championships and National Games Qualifiers.The video recording system developed by the Department of Sports Biomechanics of Beijing Sport University was used to process the captured video,and the Pearson correlation analysis method was used to explore the possible links between the indicators and the results.An independent sample T test was used to compare the differences between the athletes of the athletes and the international athletes.Thus the following conclusions are drawn:1.The overall four-step running length of the athletes in the international health team of our country is gradually reduced.The step mode of the athletes in the athletes group is not stable enough.In addition,the athletes of the International Fitness Team in the last four steps of the run-up phase are more frequent than the athletes in the Jian-Jing group,indicating that the athletes of the International Fitness Team are more proactive.2.Pole vault athletes’ final four-step running center of gravity plays a decisive role in the performance.The level of the center of gravity of the athletes in the final four-step running of the athletes of the International Health Team in China showed a gradual acceleration.The athletes in the Jianfeng group experienced deceleration in the last two steps.3.According to the research: the angle of the Chinese women’s pole vault athletes from three steps to the step-by-step running stage plays an important role in the performance.The second step and the step backwards have an important influence on the step size and pace.In the last four steps of the run-up phase,the athletes of the International Health Team of China actively carried out the hail,which can reduce the loss of horizontal speed as much as possible.The lowering of the athletes in the athletes group is mainly concentrated in the second step and the step-by-step running,which leads to a large loss of horizontal speed.4.The lowering range of the Chinese women’s pole vault athletes in the step-by-step run-up period has the most direct impact on the speed.The athletes of the Chinese athletes’ group at this stage have a greater degree of drop than the athletes of the international athlete group,resulting in excessive loss of the center of gravity.The athletes of the International Health Club of China have a lower center of gravity than the athletes of the Jianjiang Group.The distance between the athletes of the International Fitness Team and the starting point is within a reasonable range.The difference between the handshake and the starting point of the athletes in the athletes is larger. |
