Fitness club is the product of sports marketization,socialization and industrialization,which develops with the improvement of people’s living standard and the increase of people’s demand for sports consumption.However,the management models of clubs are the same and the products are seriously homogeneous.Therefore,as the most active factor in the production factors,people play a more and more important role in the survival and development of the club.According to the theory of human capital,people’s knowledge and ability is the form of the transformation of capital and wealth,and the decisive reason of social progress,but it must be formed through investment.Training is an important form of investment in human knowledge and capacity.There is no doubt that effective training can enhance the knowledge and ability of employees,enhance the professional competitiveness,thereby increasing the satisfaction of employees,improving the enthusiasm and effectiveness of the work of employees.In fitness clubs,membership advisors are one of the main sources of profit creation.Their direct contact with customers,the sales and after-sale maintenance of fitness service products is the first contact for members to understand the fitness club,and the significance of the fitness club cannot be obtained.Therefore,the training of the membership consultants,the improvement of the knowledge structure of the membership consultants,and the enhancement of the working ability of the membership consultants will help to improve the satisfaction of the members of the club.Renew the card rate and transfer rate,improve the efficiency of the fitness club.In the different types of training of membership consultants,pre-post training of membership consultants is the key link to ensure the quality of fitness service,and it will be of decisive significance for the professional development of membership consultants.Based on this,this paper studies the most important pre-job training content of membership consultant in the course of training,aiming at the post training of membership consultant.Based on the methods of literature,expert interview,Delphi,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics,this paper draws up,selects and determines the content system of pre-service training for fitness clubs’ membership counsellors,which is based on the research methods of literature,expert interview,Delphi,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics,and so on.In order to provide the theoretical basis and reference for the fitness club to carry out the training of membership counsellors effectively,the content system of pre-service training of membership counsellors suitable for the fitness clubs in our country is constructed in order to provide the theoretical basis and reference.This paper draws the following main conclusions:Firstly,the pre-service training index system of fitness club counselor includes 3first-level indexes,19 second-level indexes and 75 third-level indexes.Second,the first-level index system of pre-service training for membership counselors includes professional attitude,professional knowledge and vocational skills.The weights of each index are vocational skills,vocational knowledge and vocational attitudes from high to low.Third,the secondary indicators of the pre-service training content index system for membership consultants include resource collection skills,customer appointment skills,in-store navigation skills,negotiation(tabloid)skills,member maintenance skills,and club cultural knowledge.Knowledge of club politeness and etiquette,knowledge of group class,knowledge of fitness equipment,knowledge of customer needs,knowledge of marketing of fitness club,knowledge of communication,knowledge of sports nutrition,knowledge of sports physiology,Sports health care knowledge and sports anatomy knowledge,work attitude,learning attitude and attitude to life.Fourth,the three-level index system of the pre-service training content system for membership consultants mainly includes outreach skills,skills of understanding the situation of potential members,skills of how to insert TO(high-level intervention),knowledge of weight loss,and knowledge of muscular plasticizing.Basic knowledge of service behavior,training in career planning,interactive activities of outstanding employees.Fifthly,in the content index system of pre-service training of membership consultant,the weight of vocational skill index is the largest,which is the most important to the effect of membership consultant training.The following recommendations are made:First,in order to enable new employees to accept and be competent for membership consultant position,fitness club should attach importance to the pre-service training value of membership consultant.Secondly,the selection of pre-job training contents for membership consultants should be targeted,that is,according to the different background of the employees’ knowledge and ability,according to the research results of this paper,different training content schemes should be formed,so that the training can be carried out efficiently.Thirdly,during the training process,the training lecturer should communicate and feedback the training information with the club in time,and find out the matching problem between the selected training content and the staff in time,so as to adjust the training content in time and improve the training effect. |
