The college stage is a key period for college students to develop their physical exercise habits and lifelong sports awareness,it is also an important stage for them to form a systematic view of world,life and value.The education of Wushu in university can exercise will power and improve the ability of self-defense.Through the study of Wushu' moral characters,etiquette and culture,we can improve our self-cultivation and realize that Wushu culture is extensive and profound.However,there are many problems in the process of implementing Wushu activities in university.According to my own teaching experience,literature materials,questionnaires and interviews with students,it is known that serious problems still exist in college students' understanding of Wushu culture.Thesis designs a set of schemes to impart and learn Wushu,which are interesting to college students and contain thoughts of Chinese traditional cultures.It aims to enhance college students' awareness and interest of Wushu,as well as improving their Wushu ethics and etiquette and the level of Wushu technology,so as to promote the popularization and promotion of Chinese Wushu culture,and promote the realization of the "Chinese Dream" and "Sports Power Dream".In this study,by using literature materials,interviews and logical analysis,the scheme of Wushu imparting and learning for college students is designed.Taking students from four classes of 2017 undergraduate Wushu elective course of Hebei Medical University as experimental subjects,among them,class 1 and class 2 were the experimental class,class 3and class 4 were the comparative class for 16 weeks of teaching experiments.The experimental data were counted and analyzed by mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Research results: 1.The design of Wushu training program for college students mainly includes the following nine aspects.(1)Guiding ideology of the scheme: Under the guidance of the macroscopic thought of advocating military and worshipping culture and respecting ceremony and morality,Wushu as the main teaching content with college students' interest and connotation of traditional Chinese culture.Taking Gongfa,routine and fighting as the main teaching forms.Taking the Wushu occurrence and development rule as the main teaching procedure.Paying attention to the combination of culture and Wushu,internal andexternal training,so as to better popularize and promote Chinese Wushu culture.(2)Basic principles of the scheme: It conforms to the law of physical and mental development of College students,the law of occurrence and development of Wushu,the law of development of physical education and the law of popularization and promotion of Wushu.(3)Objectives of the scheme.To understand the common sense and basic theoretical knowledge of Wushu,to improve the cognitive level of Wushu culture and offensive and defensive techniques,to stimulate the interest in Wushu learning,to establish the consciousness of "health first,lifelong Wushu practice",to learn Wushu routines and skills,Master Wushu drills,offensive and defensive techniques and applications;cultivate Wushu moral cultivation,Wushu ritual behavior and Wushu spirit of Wushu.(4)Objects of the scheme.college students.(5)Content of the scheme.The selection principle of technical content should be in line with the principle of "giving priority to fast and powerful boxing,traditional Wushu,having strong offensive and defensive practicality and rich practice content and form".The technical content takes Xingyiquan as an example.The content of Wushu etiquette(with Wushu moral lecture,Wushu moral slogan,Wushu moral famous words and Wushu moral music as the main martial ethics norms,with Boxing etiquette,bowing etiquette,point).Fist ceremony,bow ceremony,nod ceremony,cross-standing ceremony,hand-raising ceremony,weapon-holding ceremony as the main ceremony norms,Wushu cultural cognitive content(Wushu cultural introduction,Wushu cultural knowledge,Wushu cultural stories,Wushu cultural answers).(6)Procedure of imparting and learning.Based on the origin of Wushu and the law of its occurrence and development,this paper regards "defense and attack" as the main line of Wushu imparting and learning.It divides the imparting and learning procedure into four stages: the stage of attack and defense,the stage of double-people practice,the stage of self-practice,the stage of review and exam preparation.Wushu culture,Wushu ethics and Wushu etiquette run through the teaching.(7)Evaluation of teaching effects.Stage evaluation and final evaluation.(8)Training aid of the scheme.Fist target,boxing glove,multimedia,Wechat software,loudspeaker box.(9)Points to note in the internship of the scheme.In-depth understanding of the design concept of imparting and learning scheme,Wushu teachers should build up a good self-image,safety should be emphasized in the process of impartingand learning.Research conclusions:The experimental results show that there is a significant difference between the experimental class and the comparative class,and it can be inferred that the scheme is feasible.
