The wooden ball is an emerging leisure sports project.Its technical characteristics include goalball and golf.Its main technical actions include attack,suspension and putting.Among them,swing and hitting is the most frequently used one.It is the core action of Woodball and an important factor to determine the performance of Woodball competition.Research purposes:This paper mainly analyses and studies the kinematics parameters of different level wooden ball players in swing action,line speed of club head and angle change of main joints.Understanding the technical characteristics of woodball players' swing and hitting at different learning and training levels,find out the difference between the two groups and the main factors that cause it.It provides a more scientific theoretical reference for the study of beginners and the teaching and evaluation of coaches.Research method:This paper mainly adopts the methods of documentation,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.Using three-dimensional camera to record and preserve the swing and hitting action of wooden ball students,and the kinematic data of the swinging action of the swing is collected and analyzed.Research result:1.In the downstroke stage,the excellent group spent 0.334(+0.076s)and the junior group spent 0.782(+0.170s)with significant difference.The peak linear velocity of the club head reached 17.644 m/s in the excellent group,while that of the junior group was only 11.022 m/s.2.During the downstroke process,the displacement distance of the center of gravity in Y axis direction was 0.062(+0.001 m),the moving speed of the center of gravity on Z axis was 0.065 m/s,and the initial group was 0.098(+0.196m)and 0.054 m/s,respectively.3.During the swing,students in the excellent group have a smaller range of joint Angle changes and a higher body stability.The quality of the final shot and the use of each stage of the swing are closely related to the change of joint Angle,beginners should strengthen the joint stability,flexibility and thigh muscle strength training.
