Motivational motivation has a decisive role in the people involved in sports.Motivation is the motivation of individuals to participate in sports activities,and is an important factor in determining people's participation in a certain sports activity and perseverance.The research on college students' motivation is helpful to find out the internal motivation and external influence factors of college students' participation in sports,and help college students develop physical exercise habits and benefit for life.Therefore,this paper investigates and analyzes the students who participate in volleyball in Harbin,and understands the motives and influencing factors of college students participating in volleyball in Harbin,and provides reference for the development of volleyball and curriculum reform in colleges and universities.The article uses literature,survey and interview methods to study the motives and influencing factors of 13 full-time college students participating in volleyball in Harbin.Understand the status quo and characteristics of college students participating in volleyball in Harbin,and analyze the motivations of college students to participate in volleyball and its influencing factors,and put forward reasonable suggestions.The article analyzes and draws the following main research conclusions.First,the status quo and characteristics of college students' volleyball motives in Harbin.The female students who participated in the volleyball competition were higher than the male students.In the six dimensions of sports motivation,the students of different genders were in the knowledge factor(P=0.025<0.05),external influence(P=0.033<0.05),and no motivation(P=0.034).<0.05)There are significant differences in the three dimensions,and the motivation for girls to participate in volleyball is higher than that of boys.There are significant differences in the four dimensions of the factors of knowledge(P=0.000<0.05),emotional experience(P=0.000<0.05),and value(P=0.003<0.05)(P=0.000<0.05).The motivation for sophomores to participate in volleyball is higher than that of first-year students.This is due to the lack of understanding of physical education and volleyball in freshmen;the differences in motivations of college students participating in volleyball are not significant,indicating professional background and knowledge.It has little effect on college students' motivation.Secondly,the motivations of college students participating in volleyball in Harbin are: physical and mental pleasure > emotional experience > knowledge-seeking factors > value embodiment > external influences > no motivation,which shows that college students' motivation to participate in volleyball is mainly to be happy on the court.Fully feel the emotional experience that volleyball brings to itself,and learn more about the volleyball knowledge and culture,thus reflecting its own value,and then because of external factors,and finally no motivation.Third,there are many factors influencing the motivation of college students' volleyball in Harbin.There are fewer indoor volleyball venues and higher levels of volleyball sports facilities,and school leaders and relevant authorities pay less attention to physical education courses and volleyball.Among them,the most influential factors are climate factors,venue facilities and leadership.Climate factors are the most important factor.Due to the low temperature in winter and the small number of indoor venues in Harbin,only a few school volleyball classes are arranged in indoor gymnasiums,other schools are outdoor classes,and some schools carry out ice sports during the winter semester,which seriously affects students' motivation for volleyball.Another influencing factor is that the school attaches less importance to volleyball and holds fewer volleyball matches,which affects students' motivation for volleyball.Finally,the article proposes to train and motivate students to participate in volleyball motivation;to simplify the volleyball teaching content and strengthen the construction of the teaching staff;to create a good volleyball atmosphere and other suggestions.
