According to the survey,more than 80% of students in China have participated in various kinds of extracurricular tutoring,including knowledge tutoring and hobby tutoring,and even many students receive 3-4 courses of tutoring at the same stage.This phenomenon is not a special case in China,but also widely exists in foreign countries.Parents are willing to invest a lot of capital and time in their children's education in the hope of improving their students' academic performance and comprehensive ability.However,the current situation of China's education and the expectations of parents are unable to match.Basically,China still adheres to the tradition of large-class education,which still has the disadvantages of traditional education and cannot meet the personalized needs of students.Under such circumstances,YD whole-brain development education institution emerges at the historic moment,which not only wants to improve students' learning ability,but also comprehensively develop students' overall quality.Although YD whole-brain education institution is in line with the current educational needs of China,how to do a good job and how to provide the best help for China's education with higher quality are the issues that leaders of all educational institutions must consider.To achieve long-term development,YD whole-brain development education institutions must compete for more social resources and establish a more perfect operation system.How to achieve this,how to improve the operation efficiency of YD whole-brain education institutions,and how to make solid market share and market position of educational institutions are the core points of this paper.There are many studies on the marketing strategies of private training,but the emergence of new educational and training institutions has injected fresh blood into the entire private training market.In view of its particularity,the marketing strategies are deeply studied and analyzed.Based on the in-depth study of relevant literature and the 6PS marketing theory,STP target marketing theory and service marketing theory,this paper optimizes the marketing strategy of whole-brain development.Focus on marketing research opportunities,potential market,consumer behavior analysis,in view of the product and service,price and marketing channels,and to guarantee the teaching quality and resources for further understand and study,making YD according to actual situation of whole brain development education institutions and parents demand better to perfect the related content,get great progress in the recruitment of students results.This paper is not only a whole brain development institution of YD,but also helps YD institutions to find suitable marketing strategies.At the same time,it searches for relevant laws through theory and practice,so as to help more new-type industry institutions that are suitable for the needs of today's society to find suitable marketing.
