Since the 2008 Olympic Games,more and more new training methods and methods have been introduced into China,with more influential functional training,core strength training and core stability training.Among them,the core strength training and core stability training have been confirmed to have a good effect on the athlete’s physical development,and can reduce the occurrence of sports injuries to a certain extent.Based on this,this paper explores the influence of core stability exercises on the physical fitness items of college entrance examination students through literature,interviews and experimental methods.It aims to enrich the application of core stability exercises in different projects through this study.Exploring which practice method is better for improving the performance of physical education students’ physical quality items,and analyzing which training has the most obvious impact on which performance.This article takes 24 students from the 24 th Middle School of Hedong District,Linyi City,Shandong Province to participate in the 2019 National College Physical Education Enrollment Examination.According to the pre-test scores of the students,the subjects were divided into two groups according to the pairing method,which were the experimental group and the control group.The core stability exercise will be used as an intervention for the experimental group for 8 weeks;the traditional exercise will be practiced as a control group for 8 weeks.After the experiment,the data obtained during the experiment were statistically processed.After the statistical analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:1.After 8 weeks of training in the experimental group and the control group,all indicators were improved,and there was no statistical difference in the scores of thefour physical quality items between the two groups.However,the results of the eighth-grade abdominal bridge of the experimental group were much higher than those of the control group,indicating that the core stability exercise can improve the student’s eighth-grade abdominal bridge performance compared with the traditional practice.2.After 8 weeks of core stability practice,the students in the experimental group have significantly improved their performance indicators before the experiment,which also indicates that a certain amount of core stability is matched on the basis of certain routine exercises.Practice can improve the core strength of the students and the core stability.3.After the 8 weeks of traditional practice,there was no significant difference in the scores of the students in the control group except for the standing long jump project.The other three physical quality scores were improved to some extent before the experiment.However,there is no significant improvement in the performance of the student’s eighth-grade abdominal bridge,indicating that traditional practice methods can not help students improve the strength and stability of the core area.
