In recent years,the demand for the quality of education has increased,and the quality of education has gradually become a hot topic for scholars.As an important part of the school education system,preschool education quality affects the overall quality of school education.In the daily life of children,regional activities are an important part of kindergarten activities,which to some extent reflect and affect the quality of kindergarten education,and improve the quality of regional activities has an important impact on the overall development of children.In this study,the quality of regional activities is defined as whether regional activities meet the needs of young children's physical and mental development and the degree of meeting the needs of young children's physical and mental development,mainly from two aspects: structural quality and procedural quality.Structural quality mainly refers to the variables available for inspection and operation,including the layout of indoor space and environment,outdoor space and facilities,and materials for regional activities;The process quality includes teachers' observation,evaluation,the level of children's operation materials,the interaction between children and peers in regional activities,and the interaction between teachers and children.Based on Piaget's cognitive development theory,total quality management theory and educational resource allocation theory,the study mainly adopts the methods of measurement,observation and comparison to select three public parks and three private parks in each district of the nine districts of the main city of Chongqing.The status quo of regional activity quality of 162 classes in 54 kindergartens was investigated,supplemented by interviews with kindergarten directors,and one kindergarten in the first level,the second kindergarten and the third kindergarten,and each kindergarten took one class in the middle and large classes,and a total of 54 kindergartens conducted an investigation on the status quo of regional activity quality in 162 classes,together with an interview with the kindergarten director.The teachers conducted random interviews to compare the differences of regional activity quality between public parksand private parks,analyze the influencing factors and put forward corresponding suggestions.The results show that: in terms of the structural quality of regional activities,the public garden is superior to the private garden in terms of indoor space size,ventilation and lighting sound insulation infrastructure,regional environmental layout,and the quality of the first class kindergarten is better than that of the second class.There was no significant difference in the maintenance and renovation of indoor space.The public garden is superior to the private garden in outdoor space and facilities,and the quality of the first kindergarten is better than that of the second and the third kindergarten.In the area of regional activity materials,the number and type of materials,the safety of materials and the suitability of material delivery in public gardens are better than those in private gardens,and there are significant differences among kindergartens of different grades.There is no significant difference between the two kindergartens,but the quality of the first class kindergartens is superior to the second and the third level kindergartens.In terms of the process quality of regional activities,the process quality of public kindergartens is superior to that of private kindergartens in terms of interaction between teachers and children,peer interaction,children's operational material level,teachers' observation and evaluation of children,and the procedural quality of primary kindergartens is better than that of level two.A level 3 kindergarten.According to the results of the investigation,this study analyzes the influencing factors from two aspects of external factors and internal factors.The external factors are as follows: first,the government's policy and investment in kindergartens,and second,the supervision and guidance of the government to run private gardens.The third is the educational idea of the parents of young children;The main internal factors are as follows: first,the concept of kindergarten education management;second,the quality of kindergarten teachers;third,the quality evaluation system of kindergarten internal regional activities.According to the factors that affect the quality of public and private garden activities in Chongqing main urban area,the researcher puts forward the following suggestions: the government and relevant education departments should increase policy support and fund investment,and put forward the following suggestions on how to improve the quality of private garden regional activities.Strengthen supervision and guidance,promote multi-channel homelands,change the concept of kindergarten management education,improve the quality of teachers in private gardens,and establishand improve the quality evaluation system of regional activities in kindergartens.
