Ordinary High School Biology Curriculum Standards(2017 version)is an important basis for guiding current biology teaching,with "core literacy as the purpose" and paying attention to the cultivation of students' "scientific thinking".The quantitative content of biology is an important way for students to acquire biological science knowledge and thinking methods.Therefore,the study of quantitative content of biology is of great significance for cultivating students' scientific thinking and promoting the achievement of students' core literacy.In particular,there are phenomena of light quantitative experiments in biology teaching in China,and biological quantitative experimental research is still in its preliminary stage.This study systematically combs and analyzes the literatures related to quantitative content at home and abroad through the literature research method.It uses the comparative research method to systematically analyze the quantification of high school biology textbooks published by China People's Education Publishing House,Jiangsu Education Publishing House and Beijing Normal University Press.Contents,and comparative analysis with the quantitative content of the American textbook Scientific Finder;using case analysis method to analyze the quantitative experimental content in the case study(biology)of previous national primary and secondary schools;based on the quantitative experiment of high school biology The research content,design quantitative experiments and empirical research by experimental research methods.Through the above research,the following conclusions can be drawn:Domestic high school biology textbooks contain experiments with "quantitative" as the guiding ideology,but the number of quantitative experiments is small and there are more qualitative experiments;and the different versions of textbooks have different concepts and quantitative experiments.Foreign high school biology textbooks contain a large number of quantitative experiments,reflecting that the textbooks focus on the cultivation of students' scientific thinking,highlighting the characteristics of Western scientific education traditions that emphasize scientific empirical research.Through the national primary and secondary school experimental teaching case study(biology)analysis found that quantitative experiments are getting more and more attention from teachers,first-line teachers based on the existing quantitativetools(or methods)of textbooks,focusing on the development of quantitative tools(or methods).The self-designed experimental quantitative improvement program is feasible,and the blood glucose meter can be used as an important tool for quantitative improvement.
