| The guiding principle of bilogy in junior high school,"Compulsory Education Biology Curriculum Standard(2011 edition)" and "General Senior High School Biology Curriculum Standard(2017 edition)" promulgated in 2008 are all point out the important position of practice and concept in biology.However,biological experiments are the main practice of biology,therefore,the research problem of this study is to help students construct concepts in biology experiment teaching.This study uses literature research and text research methods to analyze the current situation of junior high school biology experiment and the situation of concept teaching in the experiment,it is found that there are few experiments in many areas because of time constraints and hardware conditions are not allowed,even if they are opened,the experiment is simply done for the sake of the experiment,and they are not really used to help students construct concepts.On this basis,the important concepts in the first volume of compulsory biology seventh grade and the corresponding experimental contents are relevance analyzed.The following experimental teaching strategies have been formulated:1.Integrating experimental class hours.2.Promoting conceptual construction by conceptual connection.3.Understand concepts by facts.4.Construct abstract concepts step by step.Subsequently,the methods of action research and classroom observation were adopted,a one-semester practical study was conducted on all the students of Grade 2018 in Golden Apple Jin Cheng No.1 Middle School in Chengdu.After practice,the paper-and-pencil test was used to test the students’ construction of concepts,and the results are analyzed and the following conclusions are drawn:1.In the teaching of biology,we should integrate the experimental class hours with the first-level theme as the guide;Take experiment as a link and make use of the connection between concepts;By perceiving a large number of facts,the concept is summed up;For abstract concepts,the ways of step by step and so on are helpful to help students construct concepts.2.In biology teaching,experimental teaching can effectively help students construct concepts,but different ways should be adopted for different concepts.Experiments are just one of the methods,which should be combined with various strategies to help students construct concepts efficiently.3.The construction of more abstract concepts is not soon possible,it needs to be considered from the perspective of long-term and integrate concepts into our lives,at the same time,help students to strengthen the understanding of concepts,so as to build a conceptual system.Therefore,it is helpful for students to construct concepts in biology experiment teaching. |
