| The object of this study is to conduct an overall analysis on Chinese elite table tennis player Chen Meng’s technique&tactic,finding her advantages and disadvantages so as to improve her competence and achievement.Employing the method of literature review,video observation,statistics,logic analysis and so on,this study collected data from 30 matches of Chen Meng using three phases evaluation method,analyzing from the overall three phases,single strike technique,connective technique&tactic,comparison between left handed and right handed players.In all three phases evaluation,attack after service phase had the highest scoring rate of58.33%;and for using rates,stalemate phase had the highest using rate reached35.74%,followed with attack after service phase which reached 35.13%and last came attack after receiving phase which reached 29.13%.In single strike technique analysis,the using rates features were as follows:service placement main concentrated to the short forehand position of the opponent（35.13%）,the second is backhand long shot reached 22.23%,the 3rd was backhand short strike reached21.07%.The 3rd strike was Chen Meng’s advantageous shot,with directive scoring rate of 56.75%;backhand loop had the highest using rate of 44.84%and directive scoring rate of 59.29%;the 5th strike had directive scoring rate of47.40%.In connection analysis,backhand loop receiving and continuous loop reached the using rate of 70.31%and directive scoring rate of 60.00%.When played against players with different holding hand,under the same level of using rate,the significant difference appeared that right-handed players scoring rate 60.25%was larger than that of the left-handed players’53.82%.The conclusions were the follows:1 Chen Meng played actively in attack after service phase,overall performed well,had advantages in three phases;but she played not active enough in attack after receiving phase with a relative low scoring rate;Chen Meng had strong stalemate ability,with relative high scoring rate evaluated to elite level and performed well.2 In single strike technique analysis,Chen Meng tended to serve to the short side of both forehand and backhand position of the opponent,coordinated with backhand long services,and it were the long services and short middle services had the best effect.The 3rd strike was Chen Meng’s advantageous strike,the scoring rate of the 5thh strike was not high.In receiving,Chen performed well in returning opponents’backhand long services,and Chen usually pushed long shot to return forehand short services.In stalemate phase,the 6th strike were mainly forehand loop and backhand loop;for the last strike,Chen Meng mainly usued backhand techniques,and diagonal ball path,and her forehand diagonal line return and inside-out forehand straight line return had the best effect.3 In connective technique analysis,after long service or short service,Chen Meng’s3rd strike were mainly backhand technique.Receiving by backhand continuous loop was Chen Meng’s advantageous technique combination.In stalemate phase,forehand continuous attack n in the last two strikes was Chen Meng’s advantageous combination,the switch between inside-out and forehand performed well too,but here switch between backhand to forehand was weak.4 Playing against right-handed players,Chen Meng had some edge in continuous attack.Playing against left-handed players,the effect of long shot better than short shot,and she mainly used backhand and forehand long strikes;the scoring rate of 3rdd strike with forehand technique after backhand long service was significant.Compared with playing against righted players,when playing left-handed players,Chen Meng initiated attack at the 3rd strike actively but had high fault rate.When played against left-handed players,Chen Meng tended to attack continuously or attack after control,and the effect of continuous attack was significant,the effect of attack after control was normal. |
