Teaching plan has long been regarded as a necessary work for primary and secondary school teachers to prepare lessons.It is not only the careful presupposition of teachers before class,but also one of the basis to determine the effect of classroom teaching.The teaching plan in China has been influenced by Herbart "formal stage theory" and Kelov "five-section teaching method" for a long time,which has formed a set of norms and steps,which has changed the phenomenon of disorderly writing of teachers ' teaching plan to a certain extent.However,after entering the 21 st century,along with the advancement of a new round of curriculum reform,the reform of classroom teaching is deepening,as the concept of traditional teaching plan and the way of writing,obviously,no longer adapt to the changes of the current educational environment.Since 2002,the academic circle of our county criticized the teaching plan one after another,and the front-line teachers,who also showed their dissatisfaction with the current situation of the teaching plan,joined in the reform of the teaching plan.With the advancement of quality education and the promotion of core literacy,to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 19 th National Congress,the curriculum reform continues to advance in depth.At present,What is the status of the teaching plan design? Is the change in the teaching plan carried out along the promotion of the new curriculum reform? where exactly is the teaching plan going? These issues still deserve attention and discussion.Since the new curriculum reform,through the practice of front-line teachers,the teaching plan has evolved into new forms such as lecture notes,guidance learning plans and the text of learning history,which are adopted by many primary and secondary schools.The essence of these forms is the profound reform of teaching and learning methods.Whether it is lecture notes,guidance learning plans or the text of learning history are evolved from the teaching plan,the purpose is to adapt to the current reform background,to promote a better development of classroom teaching.The value of teaching plan was located by the function of itself toward the teachers,the students learning,the classroom teaching and the teaching research,and the essential value of teaching plan was expanded,which has endowed the new significance for the teaching plan in the new period development.On the basis of this,entering the real school is a important way to deeply study the fact of primary and secondary schools,so six primary and secondary schools in Henan Province were selected.Questionnaire,interview and observation methods were used to investigate and understand the current situation of the teaching plan.Through investigation,it is found that there have been gratifying changes in the current teaching plans of primary and secondary schools,such as the combination of teaching plans and learning plans,and the combination of teaching plan design and wisdom classroom,etc.However,there are still many problems in the teaching plan design,which mainly focus on the following aspects: the design of teaching plan is copied,and the design of individualized teaching plan is missing;the teacher-centered teaching plan design lacks the necessary analysis of learning situation;there are too many presupposition in the design of teaching plan,and the contradiction of classroom generative is prominent;the teaching plan is knowledge-based,so that the cultivation of "energy" and "emotion" is neglected;the motivation of designing teaching plan is insufficient,and the teachers are inactive toward designing teaching plan;the design pursuit form,but neglecting practicality and pragmaticality.Aiming at the problems in the design of the current teaching plan,the reasons are attributed to the external and internal two levels.The external reasons are mainly analyzed from the educational environment,the teaching plan itself and the management of the school,while the internal reasons are mainly analyzed from the teachers' understanding of the teaching plan,teachers' design concept and their teaching plan design abilities.Based on the analysis of the current situation,problems and causes of teaching plans in primary and secondary schools,in order to give full play to the role of teaching plans in promoting teachers' professional development and improving the effectiveness of classroom teaching,this paper attempts to put forward suggestions or strategies for optimizing the teaching plan design under the current period.: First of all,schools should establish a "people-oriented" teaching plan management mode,which gives priority to teachers,strengthen the scientific management of teaching plans.By making full use of the research value of teaching plans,we can provide cases for teachers' teaching research and explore personalized management.Secondly,it is necessary to strengthen the theoretical training of teacher teaching design,enrich the theoretical basis of teachers,so can teachers present excellent teaching plan design,and give full play to the lead role of excellent teaching plan as an example.Thirdly,we should carry out the "open" teaching plan writing format to encourage teachers' creative play with dynamic and open ideas;Finally,primary and secondary school teachers should pay attention to the cultivation and improvement of their teaching plan design ability.Teachers should pay attention to the design of teaching plan,pay attention to the analysis of students' situation,strengthen the ability of reflection,and promote the consciousness and ability of secondary preparation.
