public welfare,greatconvenience for the public,but no operating income,funds are mostly funded by financial allocations,municipal enterprises,etc.,the source of construction funds is too single.3.Sports parks are mostly in charge of institutions,lack of management and maintenance personnel,lack of professional management personnel and social sports instructors.4.Sports park for the opening of the project for basketball,table tennis,goalball,square dance,walking and other projects,lack of local characteristics of the project,the construction of football stadiums are not in the planning,there is no sports park combined with the stadium,set up sports projects for the elderly.5.There is unreasonable in the construction of the site facilities,the practicality of some of the
