Research On Organization Construction And Function Optimization Of Postgraduate Association In University

With the reform and development of higher education in our country,the scale of postgraduate education is expanding,and the number of postgraduate is increasing year by year.The management of postgraduate affairs in universities is facing new challenges and opportunities,and innovating the management mode of postgraduate affairs.It is an inevitable trend to absorb postgraduates to participate in the joint governance of universities.As the mass organization of postgraduates,postgraduates' association is the core group for postgraduate to participate in the governance of universities,serving the growth and development of postgraduates and safeguarding the reasonable rights and interests of postgraduate.It has an irreplaceable position and function to represent postgraduate in the management of postgraduate affairs in universities.However,in practical work,there is still an institutional mechanism for postgraduates in universities.There are many problems,such as non-standard,unclear function and so on.Based on the background of the implementation of the reform documents of the Federation of,this study analyzes the policy texts through the literature research method,and makes a field in-depth study on the organization construction and function performance of the postgraduates association of H University by using the questionnaire survey method,the interview method and the observation method.Find out the existing problems in the relevant work of postgraduate,analyze the causes of the problems and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,which puts forward the existing problems of the postgraduate association,explains the research ideas and methods,and defines the related concepts of the postgraduate association;The second part is also the first part of the main body,combined with the policy text requirements of the state and the Federation of and the relevant literature research results,the organizational connotation and structure,functions and operation of the postgraduate society are sorted out in detail.The third part,through the empirical investigation and research,deeply understands the basic situation of the postgraduate association of H university,the organization construction and the present situation of the function performance;the fourth part,unifies the present situation of the postgraduate association comprehensively,finds that the organization structure is notperfect,the regulation The system is not perfect,the practice operation is not standard and the function performance is not in place and so on,and takes the H university postgraduates meeting as the main body,carries on the reason analysis in the concept cognition,the system mechanism and so on.The fifth part,combined with the present situation,problems and attributions of the postgraduate association of H university,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the organizational construction and function optimization of the postgraduates association of H university at the level of concept and mechanism.
