At present,China is actively building a modern vocational education system,in which secondary vocational education,as an important component,plays an extremely important role in promoting the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the country by talents.For a long time,the Party and governments at all levels have attached great importance to the healthy development of secondary vocational education.In the Outline of National Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020),the Regulations on the Construction of Modern Vocational Education System(2014-2020),the Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education(Guofa [2014] 19),and the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform(Guofa [2019] 4),the strengthening of secondary vocational education is clearly put forward.Requirements of education.The aim of secondary vocational school education is to train students to be middle and primary specialized talents with good comprehensive vocational ability and high quality,which are in line with the requirements of socialist modernization construction,with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor,facing the needs of production,service,technology and management.It emphasizes the cultivation of students' comprehensive and practical abilities.As a new form of teaching organization,group cooperative learning has played a very important role in changing the traditional classroom teaching,in which teachers "pour in full hall","talk in one hall" and "cramming" teaching according to the texts.Team cooperative learning focuses on giving full play to teachers' guidance and students' main role,advocating students' autonomous learning and cooperativeinquiry,so that students can learn to communicate,respect and help others,and learn self-esteem and self-respect in experiential education.At present,many secondary vocational schools are actively using group cooperative learning model.But some schools,because of insufficient preparation,lack of precise grasp of the connotation and operation procedures of group cooperative learning,or lack of necessary management,organization,conditions,security,etc.,make the development of group cooperative learning only stay on the surface.What are the characteristics of secondary vocational schools? What are the specific problems in developing group cooperative learning? How can these problems be solved? With these thoughts,I began to study.This paper is divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,document summary and research design of this paper;the second chapter is to explore the relevant concepts and theoretical basis;the third chapter is to investigate and analyze the application of group cooperative learning in Shijiazhuang F Secondary Professional School;the fourth chapter is to put forward some suggestions for improving the application of group cooperative learning mode.Due to the different nature of each course,we can not adopt a uniform teaching model and teaching methods.In practice,group cooperative learning model is suitable for some courses,but not for some courses.Team cooperative learning emphasizes "students as the main body",but teachers are always the organizers and managers of classroom teaching.From the effect of group learning,it is the requirement of the times to actively promote and implement this teaching mode,which is a dynamic development process.In the research,this paper uses questionnaire survey,literature research,action research and other methods,through the investigation and analysis of group cooperative learning in Shijiazhuang F Secondary Professional School,reveals the problems existing in different levels of management,teachers and students in the process of group cooperative learning in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward specific countermeasures to solve them,so as to provide group cooperative learning.The mode is carried out in-depth in the classroom teaching of secondary vocational colleges to continuously improve the quality of personnel training and the level of education and teaching to provide reference.
