Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Referee Of Higher Education Institutions In Heilongjiang Province

Nowadays,sports is developing vigorously,especially among college athletes.Modern college students participate in more and more sports events,and the level of participation is getting higher and higher,which requires higher level of competition experts to provide security for athletes to play the highest level of competition.In recent years,Heilongjiang Province's economy has developed rapidly.With the help of national policies,it has hosted various large-scale competitions.The demand for competition experts will be greater and the demand will be constantly increasing.In order to understand the training mode of sports competition expert group in Colleges and universities of Heilongjiang Province,this paper uses the methods of documentation,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics to carry out statistics and analysis of competition expert information in Colleges and universities of Heilongjiang Province,and visually displays it with data charts.The training mode of sports competition expert group in Colleges and universities of Heilongjiang Province is analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)at present in colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province sports expert group related structure remains to be perfect,age structure is unreasonable,and competition more experts in Harbin,education level and the referee level as a whole,the overall level of English and computer skill is poorer,restricting the development of sports in Heilongjiang Province,competition expert body quality and practice ability is good,but less active learning the enthusiasm,to its own level is lower than the overall level of competition experts.(2)through analyzing competition experts work cognitive,learned to the attention of the expert group competition sports bureau and local association degree is insufficient,the financial input to the competition experts too little,especially in terms of salary and bonus,caused a few people lose faith in job prospects,part of the race experts are not satisfied with the current working environment,also need to be improved in the work environment.(3)the training system for competition experts is not perfect.Training experts are mostly experts in the province,few experts from other provinces to participate in the competition experts training,lack of communication with the province;The training target teaching method is single,the subject content of training is not comprehensive,the training of multiple theoretical knowledge and the lack of practical links lead to the reduced learning efficiency of competition experts,and ultimately the training effect is not ideal.
