At the present stage,the diagnosis and treatment and rehabilitation of autistic children have been included in the national emergency rehabilitation of poor disabled children,and autistic children have been included in the education system by attending classes.The rehabilitation and education of autistic children have received extensive attention from the state and society,and the medical security system and education system have been gradually improved.As the age of children with autism increases,the number of older people with autism increases year by year,but the rehabilitation,employment and maintenance of older people with autism are still in their infancy.Employment is vital to people's livelihood,employment for disabled persons still faces more difficulties,older autistic person as the more difficult for the disabled group,the group employment problem facing in the future will be more serious,the employment problem of older in autism,is not only "personal problems in environment",more than individuals and families can deal with "public issues in social structure",is about family harmony,fairness and justice and social stability,to wide attention from all walks of life.By sorting out the development of autism and older autism at home and abroad,the current research results of autism and older autism are summarized,and the employment research results of mental disabled people and older autism are summarized.Based on the field of H city,using the literature method,interview method to older autistics H city employment and employment patterns were analyzed,and the older autistics H city employment mainly through supporting job autonomy,supportive employment,the employment of formal and informal support has obtained certain achievements.Survey data show that H city older autistics lack of social policy resources exist in the process of employment,little financial support,community public support,enterprise support individual fault,fault social institutions to support fault,backward social acceptance,vocational skills training and support efforts to lower,and low level of shortage of teachers and professional support.In order to promote the employment of older autistic people,social work theory and theory were introduced through the introduction of social workers.Relevant methods:to construct employment support network for older autistic people.Social workers as resources links as well as the society advocates,from the perspective of formal support and informal support Angle to carry on the intervention,with older autistic employment as the focus,from formal support network of social policy,government finance,social ideas,local employment support programs,establish insurance trust mode to informal support networks of kinship network edge construction,industry employment network construct and geopolitical employment network construction,compatible,and common building belongs to the older in autism support network system of employment.
