Higher vocational education is one of the important parts of higher education,it is also the advanced stage of vocational education.As the transfer station between knowledge and productivity,higher vocational education transfers scientific knowledge and ideas of high-grade,precision and advanced to actual productivity,according to skilled vocational training.Because of the influence by conventional conception and other various factors,there still are lots of obstacles and problems in the employment of vocational graduates,apart from objective social factors,one of the important reasons is that the quality of graduates cannot meet the requirements by enterprise employers.This study chooses to research the problems of talent cultivation in higher vocational education from the point of market requirement,and to solve the employment difficult problem from the perspective of improving the quality of talent supply.Monitor market requirement to ensure the orientation of talent cultivation targetedly.Formulate a series of training schemes,improve the mode of cultivation,to improve the education quality and to help graduates in employment.My thesis use empirical research,analyzing the talents supply and demand phenomenon in marketing firstly,according to the collection and integration of data,analyzing the mismatching problems in talents supply and demand,and discussing the importance of marketing talent cultivation in vocational schools.Then choose an example-Xiangyang X college,carry on research on problems and reasons during talent training of marketing.Next learn from three model vocational schools,find valuable experiences in their marketing talent cultivation,and summarize the reform orientation of marketing talent training in vocational schools.Finally,focus on the problems and experiences,according to my own understanding,prove into the reform orientation and concrete measures of marketing talent cultivation.
