Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Basketball Clubs In Harbin

Along with continues development of sports and our society,basketball clubs are able attracts more and more people to participate.It also shows a positive trend for the development of these basketball clubs.Based on the research on the current situation and development strategies of basketball clubs in Harbin,this paper aims to provide suggestions on the development of basketball clubs in Harbin in order to promote long-term development of basketball clubs in Harbin.This paper used literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,statistics method,observation method to conduct research on all basketball clubs in Harbin,and draws the following conclusions:1.The overall number of sportsman in Harbin basketball clubs is relatively small,the proportion of male and female athlete is not balanced.The number of male athletes is relatively large compare to that of female athletes.Family burden and lack of leisure time of female athletes are the main reasons for the small number of female athletes.The recruiting mode is relatively simple and the reserve strength is relatively scarce.The overall basketball standard is relatively weak and the basketball culture and atmosphere in Harbin is weak.Along with the climatic factors and lack of competitiveness,these factors are the main influencing elements of the relatively weak basketball standards of athletes in Harbin.The management structure of the basketball clubs in Harbin is simplex and the overall professional competence of the management personnel is relatively weak.Management personnel are unpaid and not supported by post-employment training.These are the main factors that lead to the weak professional competence of the Harbin basketball club management personnel.2.Harbin basketball club coaches have relatively weak professional coaching ability,which is not conducive to the improvement of the overall standards of athletes.There are relatively few competitions among basketball clubs in Harbin.The lack of non-basketball professional training is the main reason for coaches' weak coaching ability.The overall structure of the basketball club in Harbin is imperfect,resulting in relatively few and in comprehensive rules and regulations which is not conducive to the development of basketball clubs.In addition to the existing resources,the Harbin Basketball Club has a large demand for resources.The exchange and circulation of information and resources are limited.The situation is further deteriorated with a lack of a department for unified management and a platform for information and resources exchange which leads to a waste of or even lost of resource information.3.The regular maintenance and daily cleaning of basketball courts in Harbin Basketball Club is not timely,which affects the experience of basketball players in Harbin.The neglect of the regular maintenance and daily cleaning of basketball courts by management of basketball courts is one of the reasons that affect the athletes' experience.The number of equipment under basketball club's care in Harbin are relatively small and most of them are not proper maintained,which can not meet the daily training needs of athletes.To a certain extent,it limits the improvement of the basketball club's standard.The lack of funds in the basketball club is the main reason of the above stated problems.4.Harbin basketball club's service design lacks of safety awareness,health awareness,innovation and convenience awareness which hinder the improvement of member user experience and service quality.Harbin basketball club's marketing on its service is relatively poor,limiting the creation of its brand awareness and restricting the development of basketball clubs.Harbin sports bureau shows little support for the development of basketball club policies and regulations.Few existing policies and regulations are available for basketball clubs in Harbin to take reference which limit the long term development of baseball clubs in Harbin.5.The basketball club in Harbin lacks diversity of funds resources,and the overall funds are scarce.The main source of funds is from athletes.The lack of competitors limited the funds from sponsors.Lack of government investment is the main reason for funds shortage.The financial factors limit the overall improvement of basketball clubs and hinder the development of basketball clubs in Harbin.
