Objective:In China,CVD death is the leading cause of death among urban and rural residents, and its morbidity and mortality are still on the rise, with a younger age trend.Obesity is one of the independent risk factors of CVD,and the control of overweight obesity rate in young people is one of the means to prevent and treat CVD.Regular exercise is the basis for the improvement of metabolic defects and CVD,and it is extremely urgent to determine an appropriate exercise intensity for the long-term training of overweight youth. In the early 21st century, researches put forward the maximal fat oxidation rate(FATmax)and crossover point(COP).The maximal fat oxidation intensity was the maximal fat oxidation intensity per unit time, and at the crossover point, the energy supply from sugar began to be greater than that from lipid. In this study,COP intensity and FAT max intensity were used to formulate a personalized exercise prescription for 8 weeks for overweight young women, and the effects of COP intensity and FATmax intensity on arterial hardness, cardiopulmonary fitness and cardiovascular metabolic function of overweight young women were discussed,so as to provide some guidance for scientific fitness. Methods:Chosen 1830 years old, overweight young women(24≤BMI<28)as the research subjects. They were divided into 3 groups(crossover point intensity training, maximal fat oxidation intensity training group and control group),measuring all participants’height, weight, waist, hip circumference, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse wave conduction velocity,HCY,CK,Hs-CRP.All subjects completed the maximum oxygen uptake test. The COP intensity of COP group was determined by COP exercise test. The FATmax intensity of FATmax group was determined by FATmax exercise test.In the exercise group, personalized FATmax and COP intensity were used for 8 weeks of walking and running exercise intervention, while in the control group,no systematic regular exercise was performed. Results:The final complete data included 29 subjects,13 in COP group,9 in FATmax group and 7 in control group. After 8 weeks of exercise intervention, hypersensitive c-reactive protein of the exercise group decreased significantly(p<0.05),and the pulse wave conduction velocity in both the left and right ankle arms was significantly decreased in the COP group(P<0.05).The maximum oxygen uptake level in the exercise group increased significantly(P<0.05).In addition,ΔVO2max andΔbaPWV appears very significant negative correlation(P<0.01),Δhypersensitive c-reactive protein andΔbaPWV was significantly correlated(P<0.01),ΔbaPWV andΔCOP%METmax exist significant negative correlations between(P<0.01).No significant changes were observed in all the indicators in the control group.Conclusion:(1)Aerobic exercise training with COP and FATmax as exercise intervention intensity can effectively improve cardiovascular-related blood parameters.(2)Aerobic exercise training with COP and FATmax as the intensity of exercise intervention can effectively improve cardiopulmonary fitness and reduce arterial stiffness.(3)The 8-week COP and FATmax exercise interventions have similar effects on the improvement of cardiovascular indicators in overweight people.Any of these two exercise intensities can be chosen to improve cardiovascular health.
