In response to the development of Vietnam's industrialization and modernization,the training of the younger generation of Viet Nam as the backbone of the future has been integrated into the country's development strategy,and the establishment of a rapid and effective education and training system has become the number one goal of the education.Among them,the development of students ' physical fitness is an important issue in this strategy,children's health is the precious wealth and future of the country,but also the happiness of every family,students ' physical education and health construction is not only the primary goal of all levels,departments and institutions,but also the responsibility of the whole society.Primary education is the cornerstone of each country's national education system,primary school is one of the most important stages of physical fitness development,so improving the physical fitness of primary school students and physical health has become the most important goal of physical education and health.The physiological development of 6-10-year-old pupils is very large,if at this stage primary school students can be guided by science,training and training,which will lay a solid foundation for the development of their future physical quality,for the country's industrialization and modernization ready.In this paper,the physical fitness of 6-10-year-old pupils in Hanoi,Vietnam,was investigated,studied and analyzed by physical fitness test and questionnaire survey.The physical fitness test is divided into two parts: body shape and body function,the analysis and evaluation of body morphology first by measuring height,weight,bust index and calculation BMI index,and then comparing sex,age,region;the analysis and evaluation of body skills are preceded by a test of upper limb strength through a grip project,Standing long jumpproject to test the strength of the lower extremities,30 meters running project to test the speed,3 minutes time running to test the endurance of 6-7-year-old primary school students,5 minutes time running to test the endurance of 8-10-year-old primary school students,station stereoscopic anterior flexor to test flexibility,2 10 meters dribble to test the sensitivity,and then on the gender,age,and comparison between regions.Questionnaire survey is divided into three parts,such as personal factors,family factors and school factors,which affect the physical fitness of small students,the questionnaire of personal factors is filled out by primary school students,the questionnaire of family factors is filled out by parents,and the questionnaire of school factors is filled out by PE teachers.By collating and summarizing the answers to the questionnaire,summarize the reasons that affect the physical fitness of small students from all aspects.Through the analysis of physical Fitness test and questionnaire survey,it is found that although the physical fitness of 6-10-year-old primary school students in Hanoi,Vietnam is on the rise,the rising rate of physical fitness is decreasing.Most schools in Hanoi,Vietnam,have insufficient investment in teacher resources,equipment,site area,etc.,and physical education still needs to be strengthened and improved.There are also many parents who do not attach importance to physical education,the concept of education needs to be improved,these existing problems will give Vietnamese primary school students the future physical development of the cause of restrictions.In view of the problem of parents ' heavy text and light body,it is suggested that each primary school should hold regular parents ' meetings to cultivate parents ' correct concept of physical education,to fundamentally realize the importance of physical activity to the physical fitness of primary school students,to train their good sports habits from the family aspect,and to ensure the development balance of students ' intelligence.In view of the relatively single content of schoolsports,it is suggested that primary schools should organize a variety of sports activities,show the diversity and richness of sports activities,cultivate students 'interest in different sports,participate in enthusiasm and competitive fun,and hope that schools complement the lack of physical education teachers.To ensure that the teachers are competent for the establishment and implementation of physical education courses for students in schools,to conduct regular sports tests for students,to supervise the physical fitness of students,and to adjust the fluctuation of various indicators in the physical education curriculum.This paper hopes to make a certain contribution to how to carry out physical education courses in Hanoi Primary School,to help students develop good exercise habits,and to improve the importance of the relevant institutions in primary school sports.
