In the new era,China needs to cultivate not only simple memorizers and bitter scholars,but also thinkers,explorers,happy strivers and high-efficiency creators.Education should not only focus on quality and efficiency,but also the cultivation of students' happiness and learning effectiveness,so that they can have the ability of sustainable development.High effective learning and felicity are important ways to deepen the teaching reform and improve the quality of education.To cultivate high effective positive personality is not only the fundamental measures to solve these these tow important problems,but also the practice and exploration of the vital educational thoughts of “cultivating virtue and cultivating talents” and “teaching and educating talents”.In this study,literature review,survey and interview were used to study and investigate the learning effectiveness of junior high school students in remote areas.Through the investigation and research on the junior middle school students in 5 middle schools,the purpose of the research is to study the problems in the learning efficiency of junior middle school students in the remote area of Y city,and to find out how to improve.It mainly includes five parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the research reason,purpose and significance of the topic,defines the concept of learning effectiveness and positive Personality education,and proposes the research ideas and methods of this study;The second part elaborates the core viewpoints of positive personality education theory and educational efficacy theory,so as to provide a basis for exploring new ways,strategies and methods to improve the learning effectiveness of junior high school students;The third part carries on the sampling investigation which carries on the sampling investigation to the middle school student of five schools,the analysis can provided the data foundation for the fourth part study;The fourth part analysis the problems of learning effectiveness and the causes of these problems,it has mainly two aspects which are internal factor and external factor,motivation is the key to the improvement of learning effectiveness,the main problems are the lack of students' learning motivation,the lack of educators' teaching motivation and cultural environment motivation;The fifth part is the improvement strategy.according to the theory of positive person education,this paper puts forward effective strategies to improve students' learning effectiveness by strengthening the junior high school students' positive personality education.
