Pedagogical Content Knowledge(PCK)is one of the necessary professional knowledge for teachers.It is an important characteristic that distinguishes teachers from other professionals.Full-time Masters in Chemistry Education are one of the sources to cultivate professional and high-level talents for basic education.The quantity and quality of their PCK affect the quality of basic education nowadays.Does educational practice have any effect on the PCK of full-time Master in Chemistry Education? Then what are the influencing factors?This research takes three full-time Masters in Chemistry Education ie.,P,Q,Z as the case study object,by filling in the teaching content(CoRe)and presenting practical teaching process(PaP-eRs)to detect the development of knowledge of P before and after the education internship about “the Importance of Sodium Compounds”,Q about “Chemical properties of sodium”,Z about “Oxidation Reduction reaction”.Interviews,text analysis and other methods are used to find out the influencing factors of PCK.It is found that their PCK has changed after the internship: The knowledge of the three aspects of PCK has been developed,but the level of development is not high enough;The degree of relevant Subject Matter Knowledge(SMK),Knowledge of Learners(KL),Knowledge of Instructional Strategies(KIS)is different;The speed of knowledge development in these three aspects varies.The influencing factors of PCK are mainly related to the internship instructors,teaching experience and peer learning.Based on the above research results,the following suggestions are put forward for relevant training departments and full-time master of chemistry education in school: It is necessary to strengthen the cooperation between colleges,universities and internship bases,and select high-quality internship instructors;study hard to cultivate solid discipline professional quality;and use human resources to build a learning community;then seize the opportunity to enrich practical teaching experience.
