Objective: This study chose students from junior school freshmen to students of senior three of a high school in Ganzhou city,in order to explore the differences of academic resilience among middle school students of different grades,different genders and only and non-only children,The relationship between academic resilience and learning behavior.Finally explores the improvement of learning behavior by the Psychology class on academic resilience,and the lasting effect on the improvement of academic performance.Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 640 middle school students in Ganzhou city.On the basis of the results,chose two classes of third year of middle school,one class(n=64)as the experimental group,and the other class(n=60)as the control group.Taken the Methods of Psychology class on academic resilience.Collected the mid-term exam results of two classes.The experimental class received a seven-session course on academic resilience,while the control class did not.After the intervention,collected the experimental group,control group’s academic resilience questionnaire,learning behavior questionnaire,and final exam results.Finally,Use SPSS21.0 to analysis the pre-test and post-test data of the experimental group and the control group.Results :(1)There were significant differences in the total scores of academic resilience among middle school students of different grades,different genders and only and non-only children,There are also have significant differences in some dimensions of academic resilience;(2)Academic resilience is significantly correlated with learning behavior and academic level.the stronger of the academic resilience,the better of the learning behavior and the higher of the academic performance;(3)There was no significant difference in the scores of the control group before and after the test;(4)After the experimental class received Psychology class on academic resilience,the scores of academic resilience,learning behavior and academic performance were significantly improved.Conclusions :(1)There are significant differences in academic resilience among different grades.Academic resilience was ranked as:Junior Two > Junior One > Junior Three > Senior One > Senior Two> Senior Three;(2)There are significant differences in the academic resilience of middle school students of different genders,Girls perform better than boys in academic resilience and all dimensions;(3)Academic resilience of non-only children is better than that of only children;(4)Academic resilience can predict students’ learning behavior;(5)Psychology class on academic resilience can effectively improve the learning behavior of students in grade three,so as to improve their academic performance. |
