Study On Relieving The Service Strategy Of Loneliness In Aged Institutiones

Institutional pension is an important part of the old-age care service system in China.The elderly.can get various services such as support,medical care,nursing,entertainment,daily life care,etc.in the institution.However,with the growth of the age of institutional elderly people,various physiological functions are relatively weakened,and communication with other people in the hospital will create obstacles,coupled with the lack of children's companionship,and the lack of satisfactory interpersonal relationships between the aged persons in institutional pensions,or When there is a certain gap between the desire for communication and the actual state of communication,there will be a sense of loneliness.Due to the large amount of daily work,the medical staff in the institution have no time to take into consideration the emotional and other problems of each old person,and lack of professional service methods and techniques.This reflects the importance of social workers'intervention.Social workers can collaborate with medical staff and apply professional methods and techniques of social work to provide more comprehensive and professional services to the institutional elderly to alleviate the loneliness of the institutional elderly.This research mainly adopts the action research method,uses interviews and questionnaire surveys,takes the ecosystem theory as a guide,analyzes the situation of loneliness and needs of elderly people in the nursing home,and starts from different system levels and uses case work and group work.The method of practice involves the loneliness of the elderly in institutional pensions,proposes problem correction strategies in the course of the action,and proposes more reasonable action strategies.This study hopes that through the professional methods of social work,the old people of the organization's pension will get along better,alleviate and reduce loneliness,help them better adapt to the institutional pension environment,enjoy the old age,and improve the communication skills between the staff of the pension institutions and the elderly.To improve the level of their retirement services.
