As an emerging social media in recent years,WeChat has prompted people to establish new social interaction fields in the online society.In this circle of friends based on real social relations,different groups of netizens use different ways to make impressions in WeChat friends circle.WeChat friends circle is like a virtual stage theater.Netizens are on this stage.Performing in different ways,the purpose is also to build an ideal self-image in the circle of friends.WeChat has become the most popular online social platform,especially the WeChat "friend circle",which has greatly changed the time and space created a new social culture.In this new social field,netizens use different ways to make impressions in the circle of friends,forming a different self-impression finishing strategy.So what are the strategies used by netizens in the circle of friends to embellish the impressions,what is the current status of the use of Internet users' circle of friends,and the factors that affect the use of self-improvement strategies by netizens in the WeChat circle of friends.The core issue of concern.Guided by the theory of impression finishing and self-monitoring theory,this paper analyzes the use of self-impression finishing strategies of netizens in the WeChat circle of friends and the influence of netizens in the WeChat circle of friends through literature research,questionnaires and case interviews.The factors used in the Impression Finishing Strategy.Firstly,search and download the relevant documents of the research subject in the relevant database of CNKI Chinese database and Wiley,and compile the appropriate questionnaire and interview outline based on the actual situation of the research.Secondly,the study is entrusted Questionnaire star system with 2.6 million samples similar to WeChat using age group and occupation group was distributed according to the corresponding conditions set by the questionnaire to the specific groups that met the requirements,528 questionnaires were distributed,and the habits of 13 WeChat friends circle were interviewed.Users;then use the statistical software SPSS20.0 to perform frequency analysis,descriptive statistics,factor analysis,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,and analysis of the original data,and finally analyze the self-impression of the WeChat friends circle.The factors used by the strategy were analyzed for regression.Through the analysis and combing of the relevant theories about the impression decoration at home and abroad,the author summarizes the following strategies in the process of self-impression and decoration of the netizens in the WeChat circle of friends:active strategy,moderate strategy and concealment Camouflage strategy.This research mainly includes two aspects:on the one hand,including the research on the use status of self-impression finishing strategy in WeChat circle of friends;on the other hand,it includes the factors affecting the use of self-impression finishing strategy in WeGhat circle of friends.TTie current status of research is mainly based on gender,occupation,education level,subjective viscosity and objective viscosity;the analysis of influencing factors mainly adopts multiple regression methods,from demographic variables,motivation,subjective viscosity,objective viscosity and Analysis of the level of self-monitoring and other factors affecting the use of self-impression finishing strategies in the WeChat circle of friends.The study found:The current status of the use of self-impression finishing strategies by netizens in the WeChat circle of friends has significant differences in gender,educational level and viscosity.Gender factors show significant differences in proactive strategies.Women's scores in proactive strategies are higher than men's,indicating that women are more inclined to use proactive strategies;cultural factors have significant differences for proactive strategies;The three strategies did not show significant differences;the subjective viscosity variables showed significant differences in the proactive strategy.The main factors affecting the self-improvement strategy of netizens in the WeChat circle of friends are factors such as education level,viscosity of use,motivation for use,and level of self-monitoring.Subjective viscosity factors and high self-monitoring factors will encourage netizens to use a proactive strategy in self-improvement in the WeChat circle of friends.Objective viscosity factors and self-directed factors will inhibit netizens from self-improving in the WeChat circle of friends.The use of proactive strategies;access to information factors will prompt netizens to use the moderation strategy in self-improvement in WeChat friends circle,and the motivational factors will prevent netizens from using the moderate peace strategy when they are self-improving in the WeChat circle of friends;The guiding factors of others will encourage netizens to use the hidden camouflage strategy in self-improvement in the WeChat circle of friends.The motivational factors and the profit factors will prevent netizens from using the hidden camouflage strategy when making self-impressions in the WeChat circle.
