The training load is to stimulate the athletes’ organisms through training methods and means,so that the athletes’ organisms will have internal changes after training.In order to achieve the best results of training,it is necessary for the runner or the instructor to correctly understand the training load and make the adaptive response of the body.The marathon is a long-term endurance sport with aerobic endurance,so the aerobic capacity of athletes’ organisms directly affects their performance.In recent years,research on the monitoring index of aerobic metabolic capacity of professional marathon runners has been deepened,such as heart rate,blood lactate,hemoglobin,blood testosterone,etc.These indicators can indeed objectively evaluate the body reaction after exercise training from a microscopic perspective,but because of It has strict requirements on reagents and equipment.Therefore,only sports teams with good material conditions have such resources.For amateur runners,the lack of such conditional support generally means monitoring their training load.Unable to get a valid guarantee.Training Impulse is a quantitative exercise load index studied by foreign scholars in recent years.It can calculate the total load on the body through simple indicators such as RPE scale or heart rate and exercise duration.To a certain extent,it solves the monitoring problem caused by the lack of material conditions.Therefore,this study aims to investigate the current situation of amateur marathon training load monitoring,and conduct tracking analysis of four basic training weeks in 16 amateur runners to explore session-RPE(sRPE)and other two heart rate training impulses Banister’s Trimp(TRIMP)The difference between the algorithm and the Edward’s Trimp(SHRZ)algorithm,as well as the correlation between the coach and the amateur runner’s subjective evaluation,provides a theoretical basis for the amateur marathon runners to explore simple and easy monitoring indicators for load evaluation.The research results show that: 1.In the current amateur marathon training,the training monitoring basically relies on experience,and the quantitative monitoring is less.The main reason is that the coaches have an inaccurate understanding of the training load concept,insufficient understanding of the training monitoring process,and lack of monitoring conditions.2.The results of 4 weeks showed that there were significant correlations between sRPE and TRIMP in 16 amateur marathon runners,the correlation coefficient was r=0.68(p<0.05);sRPE and SHRZ were significantly correlated with r=0.71(p<0.01).There was a very significant correlation between TRIMP and SHRZ as r = 0.77(p < 0.01).3.There were significant correlations between sRPE and running distance(r=0.37-0.86,p<0.05)and TRIMP(r=0.56-0.92,p<0.01)in 3.4 weeks.Trainer sRPE(r=0.69-0.93)There was a very significant correlation between p<0.01 and Edward’s Trimp(r=0.69-0.92,p<0.01).4.At low intensity and high intensity,the amateur runner sRPE is related to the coach sRPE.The low-intensity performance showed that the coach sRPE was lower than the amateur runner(140±54 vs 190±121,p<0.05),and the high-intensity trainer sRPE was higher than the amateur runner(724±115 vs 631±138,p<0.05).There was no significant difference(310±105 vs 280±132,p>0.05).Conclusion:Based on the subjective RPE session-RPE training impulse as a simple monitoring index,the load intensity obtained by the scale form × exercise duration quantifies the total load of the amateur runner training,and is effective for the load stimulation size of the body.It can solve the problem of difficult monitoring of amateur marathon training load,and can reduce the risk of disease and sports injury and obtain higher sports performance.Monitoring the training load of the amateur runner can feedback the information to the coach in time,so as to accurately and objectively evaluate the changes in the physical function of the amateur runner,and provide reference for the formulation and adjustment plan.
