Research On Application Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education In Volleyball Curriculum

At the present stage,the overall development situation of innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China is not optimistic enough,especially the disconnect between innovative entrepreneurship education and professional education,and under the background of trying to turn Beijing into a city of first-class innovative talents,The Capital College of physical Education,which is shouldering the training of physical education teachers in primary and middle schools in Beijing,has become an important measure to integrate innovative and entrepreneurial education into the classroom of physical education specialty.In the curriculum system of physical education specialty,technical course occupies a large proportion,and volleyball is one of the core technical courses of physical education specialty.It is of positive theoretical and practical significance to explore the organic integration of innovative and entrepreneurial education and professional education in the process of cultivating physical education talents with volleyball curriculum as a breakthrough.Through the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,interview and on-the-spot investigation,this paper analyzes the innovative ability of students majoring in physical education and the integration of innovative entrepreneurship education into the volleyball curriculum of physical education specialty.The results show that:The innovation ability of students majoring in physical education in Capital Institute of physical Education is obviously not enough to meet the requirements of the country for talents.Volleyball curriculum is mixed with individual integration,but there is no clear goal,content and form.In this paper,the principles,contents and forms of innovative entrepreneurship education are put forward for the first time,and four cases are selected in the corresponding teaching contents,which can be summarized as follows:It is necessary to follow the principle of consistency and difference as well as the principles of cultivating innovative talents and practical talents in the course of volleyball specialized in physical education in Capital College of physical Education in order to integrate innovative and entrepreneurial education into the curriculum of physical education.It lays the foundation for the society to provide innovative practical talents.2.According to the content of innovative entrepreneurship education and the characteristics of physical education specialty,the content of integration is determined as follows: the integration of innovation consciousness training,the promotion of innovation entrepreneurship ability,and the integration of innovation consciousness cultivation and innovation entrepreneurship ability promotion.In the form of case-based teaching,the integration of cognitive training of innovativeentrepreneurship environment and the integration of simulation and promotion of innovative entrepreneurial practice are mainly in the form of case-based teaching.3.The training of innovative consciousness of innovative entrepreneurship education,the promotion of innovative ability,the cognition of innovative entrepreneurial environment,and the simulation of innovative entrepreneurial practice are respectively incorporated into the basic technical analysis of ball-laying in volleyball courses for physical education majors.The tactical analysis of "heart follow-up" defensive formation,volleyball basic teaching and training ability,competition organization and referee ability for the content of classroom teaching activities for the preparation of the case.
