| A new round of basic education curriculum reform has put forward many new requirements for curriculum objectives,curriculum structure,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,curriculum evaluation and curriculum management.There are still some teaching difficulties in the process of practicing the new curriculum concept of junior middle school biology in Zibo City.On the basis of extensive investigation on the present situation of biology teaching in junior middle school in Zibo,and in view of the predicament of biology teaching in junior middle school in Zibo,the author focuses on the construction of teachers and the implementation of curriculum.This paper analyzes on the related factors affecting the biology teaching in junior middle school in Zibo,and tries to find out the effective ways to solve the predicament of biology teaching in junior middle school in Zibo by taking the construction of curriculum and teaching resource database as the starting point.With regard to the construction of the teaching staff,we can ensure the level and quality of new teachers through the establishment of a coordinated and unified teacher recruitment mechanism between the administrative departments of education and the departments of the peopleundefineds society,and through the adoption of various ways and means for teachers,The combination of online and offline systematic training improves the theoretical and practical level of teachers.In the aspect of curriculum implementation,we should focus on the core literacy of subjects,strengthen the function of discipline education,and further deepen the reform of classroom teaching,teaching evaluation,experimental teaching and so o n.To promote the quality of biology classroom teaching in junior middle school in Zibo,through the concentrated efforts of educational administrative departments,schools,teachers and students,the present situation of ineffective curriculum implementation can be completely reversed.In addition,the author believes that the construction of curriculum and teaching resources database is an effective starting point to break through the predicament of biology teaching in junior high school in Zibo at the present stage.With the help of educational informatization,the construction includes learning case resources and homework resources.The curriculum and teaching resource base,including extended learning resources.Through this study and related practical activities,a curriculum teaching resource database in accordance with the actual situation of biology teaching in junior middle school in Zibo has been preliminarily constructed,which has laid a foundation for giving full play to the educational function of biology in the aspects of virtue,intelligence,body,beauty and so on.At the same time,it provides a useful reference for students to choose courses and leave classes after entering high school. |
