Club gymnastics is a course offered by colleges and universities to meet the needs of society in recent years,and it is loved by most students.By using the methods of documentation,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,this paper compares the ARCS motivation design model with the traditional teaching model in club gymnastics teaching,which is helpful to optimize and diversify the development of club gymnastics teaching theory in China,and to explore the practice of applying ARCS motivation design model to other sports projects.It can provide reference.The results are as follows:5.1.1The ARCS motivation design model is a practical motivation theory,which is based on the theory of need hierarchy,self-efficacy theory,success and failure attribution theory,etc.,attention,self-confidence,self-confidence,satisfaction It is the core of the ARCS motivational design model and is a macroscopic theory,not a microscopic theory.5.1.2 The ARCS motivation design mode is integrated into the design scheme of club gymnastics teaching,which is based on improving students' learning motivation.It integrates the four dimensions of attention,personal character,self-confidence and satisfaction with the characteristics of club gymnastics teaching,so that club gymnastics teaching can attract students' attention,maintain students' attention and let students exercise the production of learning club.Have enough self-confidence and get satisfaction from it.5.1.3 The whole experiment is divided into four stages: problem analysis,design strategy,implementation strategy,teaching evaluation and feedback.After earnestly carrying out the tasks of each stage,students' learning motivation and learning achievement level have been improved to varying degrees.It shows that the application of ARCS motivation design model in club gymnastics teaching is feasible and effective.5.1.4 Club gymnastics teaching based on ARCS motivation design model cansignificantly improve students' attention,personal,self-confidence and satisfaction in learning motivation level.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the students' attention and individuality in the level of learning motivation have been improved more obviously,and the basic skills,the level of leadership and the ability of arranging in the level of students' learning achievement have been improved in varying degrees.5.1.5 The Club gymnastics teaching of ARCS motivation design mode is superior to the traditional teaching mode.Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the learning state,learning behavior,self-confidence and overall learning atmosphere of students in the club gymnastics teaching of ARCS motivation design mode have been greatly improved.
