Study On The Influence Of School Sports Environment On College Students' Sports Life

With the deepening of the socialization of sports,the development of sports in China has been strategically extended from the stage of "national fitness plan" to healthy China.Physical exercise has played a substantial role in preventing diseases.At the present stage,with the continuous expansion of college enrollment,the number of undergraduate students in colleges and universities is surging,and school sports is the foundation of sports for all,the sports life status of college students reflects the implementation effect of healthy China strategy to a certain extent.By the method of documentation,questionnaire,interview method,field survey,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods,and about the present situation of college students' sports life of nanning part of college sports environment present situation investigation,from the influence of university sports into daily life two aspects of subjective factors and objective environmental factors were investigated.The investigation found that the love of sports is the subjective factor affecting the life of college students sports.Although it occupies a certain proportion,the important factors affecting the life of college students sports are the objective environmental factors such as site facilities,equipment,classroom teaching atmosphere,sports interpersonal relationship and extracurricular sports activities.According to the investigation of the current situation of college students' sports life,the number of college students completing sports life is not ideal and the overall degree is not high.Based on the investigation of the sports environment in colleges and universities,it is found that the construction of sports venues is inadequate,some sports teaching equipment is obsolete,and teachers' participation in the guidance and management of campus sports activities is low.According to the problems existing in the college sports environment,the author puts forward corresponding opinions and Suggestions,in order to promote the good development of the college sports environment,and to achieve the purpose of improving the life of college students sports.
