A Study On Remote Control Of An Analog Electronics Experiment Box

Experimental teaching plays an irreplaceable role in undergraduate analog electronic courses.However,the traditional way of experimental teaching is limited by time and space,which causes some students cannot complete the experiment on time.With the development of network technique,virtual laboratory technique and remote experiment technique,which are formed by the combination of Internet and traditional education industry,provide a good way to solve this problem.Based on present situation,on the basis of the analog circuit experiment box in the electrical and electronic experimental demonstration center of Yangtze University,this paper analyzed the commonness of the experimental apparatus and experimental process,constructed the framework of overall system based on virtual laboratory and remote laboratory..Eventually,users can realize remote operation of the analog circuit test box.This paper designed a set of feasible hardware scheme and matching software scheme: In terms of hardware,the hardware adopted relay selection components instead of traditional wire connection,and used digital potentiometer instead of traditional potentiometer.The combined use of switching power supply and DC voltage stabilizing module transforms the main power into the stable power required by the system.The hardware scheme used direct digital frequency synthesis(DDS)technology to provide the signal source required by the whole system,and adopted the ADC module data collection to complete the result of the experiment.STM32F407ZGT6 was used as the core processor to coordinate and control each module through serial communication.Finally,the Ethernet transmission module(LAN8720)was used for data communication with the server.In terms of software,the client/server(C/S)mode was adopted to build the overall software framework for the system,and the design of client interface and database of the server were carried out according to the requirements of the system.The client used Visual Studio developed the interface and realized the functions of login,view and operation.The server used My SQL database management system to carry out the physical design of the database according to the system requirements.Finally,the whole system was tested.The test results showed that the system had the basic function of remote control and could realize remote control of hardware modules such as relay,digital potentiometer,DDS and DC stabilized voltage power supply through special software,the system runs well.The research in this paper has reference value for the system design of remote experiment to a certain degree.
