A Study On Management Of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Higher Education Institutions In Zhejiang Province

After more than thirty years development,Sino-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools it has increasing influence in our country's society,which cause positive and negative effects.On the one hand,through the instruction of foreign high-quality educational resources to actively promote our country's higher educational reform,discipline construction,teaching staff optimizing and so on.On the other hand,with the increasing number of the cooperation,all kinds of conflicts are to be sprung up.How to complete the government management is one of the most concerned problems.As the province that takes the lead in undertaking reform in our country,Zhejiang Province is one of the first provinces to have Sino-Foreign Cooperation in Running Schools.Through the study of current management of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Higher Education Institutions in Zhejiang Province,this thesis points out the problems during the government's management to this school-running model,they are:the government's multiple management cause the low efficiency,the simple setting of discipline,low priority of foreign elite schools,excessive interference of government administration,lack of regulation.There are reasons:the insufficient consummation China's related laws and regulations system,the lack of government system building,the defect of human resource management,imperfect of quality guarantee system.Through the deeply study and analyzes the above problems,this thesis gives the following comments and suggestions:first,the local laws regulations should be improved as soon as possible;second,to strengthen the construction of government capacity;third,to guide the schools to realize their internal system innovation;forth,to create the sound quality guarantee system.Hope these suggestions can further standard Zhejiang Province Sino-Foreign Cooperative Higher Education Institutions and have the positive effects to guide their healthy development.
