| "Innovation" has become the first driving force for future development,and training innovative talents is one of the important tasks of current education reform.Since our country began to pay attention to the cultivation of students’ innovative ability at the end of 1980 s,,it has been more than 30 years.There have been endless literature studies,and policies and practices that have been implemented.Under the background of "exam-oriented education",recitation and repeated practice have become the focus of teaching activities in middle and high schools.When students enter universities,they cannot meet the requirements of innovative activities,and the development of innovative ability is slow.How to effectively cultivate Grade 7-12 students’ innovative ability in the existing school education system,and promote the long-term development of students’ innovative ability through reasonable cultivation strategy and effective cultivation mode,is the purpose of this paper.Based on the characteristics of physical and mental development of grade 7-12 studends,this paper discusses the popularization and cohesion of the cultivation of students’ innovative ability by analyzing the existing research and relevant national policies.The article is divided into five parts.The first part clarifies the main problems and significance of the paper,defines the core concepts,and lays the research foundation of the paper.The second part analyzes the physical and mental development characteristics of grade 7-12 students and the development characteristics of innovative ability,and concludes that grade 7-12,as a fast rising period of the development of innovative ability,is the best time to cultivate innovative ability,and is also the key period to cultivate innovative talents for universities.The third part analyses the main problems existing in the cultivation of innovative ability in grade 7-12,including the marginalization of ordinary students in the cultivation of innovative ability and the fact that the development level of students’ innovative ability does not conform to the law of teenagers’ physical and mental development.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the existing problems,mainly from the perspective of campus atmosphere and subject teaching in grade 7-12,emphasizing that the lack of coordination of school training means and teachers’ innovative ability and that the failure of subject teaching to effectively integrate with the cultivation of innovative ability cannot build an atmosphere for the development of innovative ability of students,In the fifth part,aiming at the problems existing in the above-mentioned cultivation of grade 7-12 students’ innovative ability,the author proposes to strengthen the connection between the cultivation of grade 7-12 students’ innovative ability and that of university students by establishing students’ electronic files andpaying attention to the investigation of students’ innovative ability at different stages.At the same time,the school itself needs to face all students,improve the innovative ability of middle school teachers through innovative training methods,and create a campus atmosphere suitable for the development of students’ innovative ability. |
