Research On The Risk And The Preventive Measures Of The Campus Online Lending

With the rapid development and popularity of the Internet,the campus online lending specifically for college students emerged and entered into the campus.Different from the traditional financial industry,campus online lending is more convenient,which can meet various consumption needs of college students.Through the questionnaire survey of some college students,it is found that college students have insufficient cognition of campus online lending and low risk identification ability.College students may encounter high interest,violent collection,information leakage and other risks in the process of using campus online lendinag,and universities may also face risks such as damaging campus ethos and affecting security and stability.Many factors lead to the abnormal development of the campus online lending.College students lack the correct consumption concept,the network lending market is in the chaos,the legal system of campus is not perfect and so on.Relying on the market which is the invisible hand,it is no longer feasible for campus online lending to make self-adjustment,and it needs the reasonable intervention and supervision of the government to ensure the stable operation of the online lending market.The malignant events caused by campus online lending belong to the category of campus crisis.This paper proposes that from the perspective of crisis management,the"4R" crisis management and government supervision can be taken as the theoretical guidance to establish some risk prevention mechanisms of campus online lending including early warning mechanism,supervision mechanism,response mechanism and recovery mechanism.The government should focus on improving:the laws and regulations on campus online lending,strengthen the supervision of online lending platforms,crack down on violent collection and other illegal act in order to promote the benign operation of online lending market.College students themselves should set up a correct view of consumption,improve the awareness of risk prevention,properly use campus online lending.Parents and universities should pay more attention to college students,popularize their financial knowledge and provide psychological and legal assistance to the victims of campus online lending in a timely manner.
