In December 201 8,China Internet Information Center(CNNIC)releas ed its 43rd Statistical Report on the Development of China Internet in Beijing.As of December 2018,the number of Internet users in China reached 829 million,the number of mobile Internet users in China reached 817 million,and the proportion of Internet users accessing the Internet through mobile phones reached 98.6%.As a form of new media,mobile APP is developing rapidly in the Internet era,and the people who use mobile APP are also growing.App mobile phone learning is a new way for contemporary college students to learn and live.At present,mobile APP is popular in Colleges and universities,and it has increasingly become an important channel and means of interactive communication and teaching management in Colleges and universities in the new media era.Since the Nineteenth National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has paid more attention to the construction of Ideological and political theory courses and made a series of important decision-making arrangements.The cons truction of Ideolo gic al and politic al theory courses has been continuously strengthened in the process of improvement,and the teaching management mode and methods are constantly changing with the times.The article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which is discussed from four aspects.Firstly,it elaborates the common phenomenon of college students using mobile phone APP and their attitude towards mobile phone APP in today’s rapid development of mobile phone new media.It leads to the inevitable correlation between mobile phone APP and ideological and political theory teaching management in Colleges and universities,as well as the realistic problems concerned in various fields,and clarifies the background and significance of the research.The second chapter is a summary of relevant theories,including what is mobile APP,the characteristics of var ious types and different types of mobile APP;the characteristics of Ideological and political theory teaching management in Colleges and Universities under the influence of mobile APP,including changes in educational carriers,diverse forms and platforms of teaching management.Through the conceptual analysis of mobile APP and the types and characteristics of mobile APP,this paper clarifies its relevance to college students’ ideological and political education and the possibility of using mobile APP to carry out ideological and political education.The third chapter is to investigate the current situation of college students using mobile phone APP to participate in Ideological and political theory teaching management activities,its impact and the current situation of college educators using hand APP.Chapter IV focuses on the feasibility and opportunities and challenges of applying mobile APP to the teaching management of Ideological and political theory in Colleges and universities.Chapter 5:The countermeasures to strengthen the teaching management of Ideological and political theory in Colleges and Universities under the influence of mobile phone APP.Finally,the conclusion part summarizes and summarizes the whole paper.
