Background: The insole is an important part of a pair of shoes that absorbs the weight of the body and absorbs the forces and reaction forces generated by the foot and the ground when walking.The function of the insole mainly includes two aspects:improving the environment inside the shoe and improving the stress state of the sole.Different insoles have different functions,such as improving the body sensation information of the foot skin receptors,improving posture stability,improving foot pressure,etc.so the design of the insole is particularly important.The current researches have found that changing the bending stiffness of shoes can improve sports performance and improve running economy.Therefore,this study changes the bending stiffness of shoes by changing the insole to explore the impact on comfort and jogging.Purposes: The purpose of this study is to investigate whether replacing the original insole in running shoes with EVA material insoles with different bending stiffness affects the performance of the overall shoes and thus changes the economics of running and the biomechanics of lower limbs,laying the foundation for the design and research of insoles.At the same time,it provides support for the innovative research and development of state-owned sports equipment.Method: Customized insoles are embedded into sports shoes and divided into four kinds of bending stiffness: low stiffness,medium stiffness,higher stiffness and high stiffness.16 Subjects were excluded,and 15 subjects were selected because of the difference of one subject from others.VAS scores were used to evaluate subjective comfort,simultaneous acquisition of kinematics and kinetic data is used infrared high-speed motion capture systems and three-dimensional force stations.And we will analyze the effects of insoles with different bending stiffness on human jogging.Results: In the immediate comfort test,the cushioning and overall comfort scores of low stiffness shoes were significantly lower than those of medium stiffness shoes,higher stiffness shoes,and high stiffness shoes(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the low stiffness shoes and the higher stiffness shoes in terms of rebound resilience scores(P=0.038),and the low stiffness shoes in the bending score were significantly lower than the higher stiffness shoes(P=0.004)and the high stiffness shoes(P=0.009).The medium stiffness shoes in folding score was significantly lower than that of the higher stiffness shoes(P=0.002)and the high stiffness shoes(P=0.003).The low stiffness shoes with the wrapped scores were significantly lower than the medium stiffness shoes(P=0.002)and the high stiffness shoes(P = 0.031),the sports comfort test achieved the similar results.In the jogging biomechanical test,the duration of low stiffness and higher stiffness support period was significantly lower than that of the high stiffness(P<0.05),the low stiffness buffer time was significantly higher than medium stiffness and higher stiffness,and the medium stiffness maximum ankle flexion angle was significant larger than the high stiffness of the ankle joint flexion angle(P=0.022),the minimum stiffnessdorsiflexion angle of the higher stiffness shoebone toe joint was significantly lower than that of the medium stiffness shoe(P=0.037)and the low stiffness shoe(P=0.01).The knee joint negative work was significantly less than that of the medium stiffness shoes(P=0.008)and the high stiffness shoes(P=0.004).Research conclusions:(1)Changing the bending stiffness of the insoles of sports shoes can change the bending stiffness of the overall shoes,and affecting the subjective comfort of the wearing crowd at the same time.The smaller the bending stiffness,the better the overall comfort,the more people tend to choose such shoes..(2)The change of bending stiffness of the insole can affect the valgus angular velocity of the ankle,knee abduction angle and the extension angle of the metatarsophalangeal joint during jogging.Choosing the appropriate bending stiffness of the sneaker can protect the knee joint,ankle joint and metatarsophalangeal joint to a limited extent to reduce the chance of injury.(3)The change of the bending stiffness of the insole can affect the position of the pressure point and the joint moment during the jogging and improve the running economy.
