| Technological innovation is an important way for enterprises to change their development mode and improve their economic efficiency.However,most of the enterprises are short of talents and lack of technological innovation ability.If they encounter technical problems in the development process,they will often seek the help of external experts.Expert database provides corresponding support for enterprises to find external experts.However,there are still many problems in the existing expert database in terms of information specification,construction method and service provision:①Expert information lacks uniform standards and norms,and the form of information display is too single;②Using Artificial construction,expert information data collection is difficult,inefficient,and information is lagging;③Lacks effective expert search,expert recommendation and other functions.In response to these problems,this paper carries out research on expert information acquisition and expert recommendation methods for enterprise needs,helping enterprises to easily and quickly find external experts in various fields that meet their needs.The first chapter is the introduction.The research background and problems that need to be solved are expounded,and the research status at home and abroad in related fields is reviewed.The main research contents and the framework of this paper are given.The second chapter is the research of expert information extraction method based on expert homepage.Based on the existing expert database research,the expert information is classified,and a unified expert information metadata framework is constructed.By analyzing the source of expert information,the extraction process of expert information is introduced from three aspects:candidate webpage acquisition,expert homepage identification and expert homepage information extraction.The third chapter is the research of expert research domain recognition method based on the topic model.Based on the dynamic theme model and the supervised topic model,and considering the characteristics of the expert academic paper library,a dynamic topic model with supervised learning is constructed to identify the expert research field.The fourth chapter is the research of expert recommendation method based on knowledge network.According to the theory of knowledge network,from the aspects of knowledge node modeling and knowledge association modeling,the construction process of expert domain knowledge network is analyzed.Two calculation methods of knowledge network similarity are proposed,and the expert’s ability score is combined to realize the expert’s intelligent recommendation.The fifth chapter is the design and implementation of the expert recommendation system for enterprise needs.Based on the system service pattern and requirements analysis of the system,the system was designed from two aspects:the structural framework and technical framework of the system,and the main functional module interface of the system was demonstrated.The sixth chapter is the summary and outlook.The research contents of this paper are summarized,the main work and innovations of this paper are expounded,and the future work is prospected. |
