Research On The Development Of "Campus Football" From The Perspective Of System Action And Self Organization Theory

The development of the sports industry is an important factor to judge the strength of a country’s comprehensive strength.In recent years,China has gradually become a sports power,but the sport of football project is just passable,football has always been the sport of the people most concerned about,in the comprehensive development and popularization should be improved,the comprehensive development of football,is an important part of the development of sports in our country,but also the only way which must be passed the construction of sports power the.Located at the foot of Liangshan,Lu Fen River in the city of Xiaoyi is a very importance of education in the city,in 2015,the Ministry of education called for the development of the campus football,Xiaoyi City,the provincial education department has been named the "national campus football pilot county(city),20 schools were identified as the" national campus football school".Based on the analysis and Research on the development of Xiaoyi high school football,the advantages and problems in carrying out the environment,operation mechanism,influencing factors and so on are summarized.In this study,the methods of literature,case study and interview are mainly used.The author interviewed Xiaoyi’s first middle school,second middle school and fifth middle school coaches,physical education teachers,players and students,in-depth studied the current development of Xiaoyi high school football and the problems in its development.The research findings are as follows: Developing Campus football is to make teenagers and students like football,willing to participate,enjoy experience,enhance physical quality,and cultivate good moral character.Today,campus football is carried out only for a small number of people,especially in high school,and more participants are to go to college.Besides,there are still a series of problems in the development of campus football,such as funds,teachers and publicity.These problems are closely related to the development of high school football in Xiaoyi.The following suggestions are made on the basis of the existing problems:1 First of all,the school will promote the full range of football campaigns to attract students to join.Secondly,in order to achieve the full love of football,it is necessary to promote the culture of football.In this way,on the one hand,more talents can be trained,and on the other hand,the students’ physique is also enhanced.2 The school ensures that the funds are in place and are used in practice.In the sports facilities,we will increase the investment and do a good job of maintenance,so as to achieve sustainable development.3 Strengthen the construction of coaches and teachers and improve the treatment,the school should be rewarded by teachers who contribute to the development of campus football.4 In order to improve the attention of schools and teachers to the football movement,sports education is added to the evaluation mechanism of school teachers,and it is also included in the required courses of the students.5 The security system for the students participating in the football game is set up with a high level of medical facilities.In order to make the students more happy and reassuring their parents,the students who take part in the football game should be coaching and guiding the students to take part in the football game.
