Research shows that,with the grade increasing,the number of mathematics underachievers increased gradually,so in the process of education,research and analysis of the junior middle school mathematics underachievers education transformation strategy is urgent,need to realize students' all-round development is the modern education.The school that I practice is a county level demonstration middle school,the number of mathematically trapped students is also increasing year by year.As a math teacher,it is very worried about it.Therefore,the author takes the intervention research of mathematics poor students as a research topic,hoping to contribute little to the transformation of students with mathematical difficulties and help them in their future education work.Using the methods of literature research,interview,observation and study and case intervention,this paper studies two typical students of mathematics learning in FS middle school in Linfen city of Shanxi province for one term.Among them,L students are learning difficulties caused by low learning interest,lack of learning confidence and other comprehensive factors.Q students are the students of learning difficulties caused by improper learning methods.At the beginning of the study,the author made corresponding interview outlines and mathematics classroom behavior observation scale.Through the observation and record of the 15 days of mathematics classroom behavior of the students with learning difficulties,the main influencing factors of the formation of two students with learning difficulties were analyzed with multiple interviews.L's main influencing factors are low interest in mathematics,lack of learning will,lack of confidence in mathematics learning,no effective learning strategies and parental management lax.The main influencing factors of Q are: parents give too much stress and no effective learning strategies.By looking up the literature and drawing on the experience and the actual situation of the predecessors,the author collates the intervention strategies for the students with the difficulty of learning.Step osmosis implementation.There are many problems in the whole research process.For example,too high levels of stratified goals and L students had conflicts at a certain stage.In view of these problems,the author through observation,interview carefully understand the reason after the case,the problem is solved and presented.In order to detect the effect of strategy implementation,the author observed and recorded the learning behavior of the students with mathematical difficulties at the end of the semester,and made a comparative analysis with the initial research stage.Data analysis showed that the author was effective in the transformation of the student with learning difficulties.Because of the limited ability,single sample and short research period,this study may lead to the conclusion that it is not universal.However,the data of the author are reliable and reliable,and I hope it can help to transform students with mathematical difficulties.At the end of this study,the author draws some conclusions on the transformation of the students of mathematical learning.(1)the achievement of the students in mathematics can be effectively improved.(2)the bad learning habits of the students with mathematical difficulties can be corrected by effective training.(3)there must be enough patience for the transformation teachers of mathematically stranded students.
