The Risk Assessment & Feasibility Study Of Shaanxi J Institute’s New Campus Construction

China’s higher education has achieved great development since the reform and opening up policy.Teaching environment,facilities and methods have been greatly improved,and more and more students get the opportunity to obtain higher education with the expansion of enrollment.However,there is a common phenomenon that students are highly educated while low-skilled.Vocational education has become the weak link in the development of China’s higher education,and it has restricted the Optimization and Reorganization of our industrial structure to a certain extent,which has affected the competitiveness of many industries in the domestic and international market.Shaanxi Provincial Department of Construction and Shaanxi Construction Engineering Group Corporation propose to merge the three schools-Shaanxi University for Construction Employees,Shaanxi Senior Technical Schools of Construction and installation,Shaanxi Urban and Rural Construction School into a larger one named Shaanxi Vocational and Technical College of Construction according to the fact of building market in our province and the current situation and prospects of the three schools.The new school will be created bigger and stronger with the construction of a new campus,and it can provide better services for our vocational education.This thesis can be divided into three parts:the analysis for the new campus construction project,data research of the project background and the financial evaluation index of the project funding program,namely,goal-setting,construction of a scientific evaluation system and comprehensive assessment.It makes a feasibility study of two funding scheme for the new campus construction in order to provide financing advice.It is also in the hope that it can offer a reference about feasibility study of new campus construction for other vocational colleges.
