Inquiry has received extensive attention in science education around the world.Developing students' scientific inquiry ability and implementing inquiry teaching are also important contents for the promotion of curriculum and teaching reform.Since the new curriculum reform in China,great progress has been made in chemical inquiry teaching,but there are still many problems.One of the reasons is the lack of effective evaluation criteria for the inquiry teaching process.In order to solve this problem,the research starts from the theory and practice of inquiry teaching in the chemistry subject and uses The PTA scale method to establish an evaluation model for the elements of chemistry inquiry teaching to effectively evaluate the inquiry teaching process.On the basis of effective evaluation,it studies how the teacher's language promotes the occurrence of high-quality inquiry teaching elements,analyzes the evaluation results by taking the planning elements as an example,and obtains the teacher discourse model that promotes the elements of the inquiry teaching formulation.Finally,on the basis of the research and understanding,the teaching design in the teaching of chemical inquiry is discussed.The specific performance is as follows:(1)It has established an evaluation scale for each element of chemistry inquiry teaching,which can not only evaluate the ability level of students from a single inquiry element,and organically internalize the knowledge,methods and spirit of the subject into the literacy of students in the process of inquiry but also grasp the level of inquiry on the whole and understand whether the instructional design achieves the intended purpose.(2)Teachers' languages play four roles in promoting the development of planning elements: promoting consensus;emphasizing clear answers;advancing in-depth thinking;and emphasizing knowledge standards.The four dimensions are interconnected to promote the development of planning elements.Teachers should refer to the above dimensions to organize the teaching language to promote the development of excellent planning elements.(3)As for the teaching design innovation of chemical inquiry,the "meta-exploration" teaching design mode based on the history of science and the teaching design based on the evaluation model should be carried out according to the process of design-evaluation reflection-redesign.
