Research On Legal Education Of Rural Middle School Students In The Process Of Urbanization

Urbanization is an important strategic decision of China’s rural economic reform..Its implementation has greatly promoted the development of rural economy,and on the other hand,it has also affected rural basic education to a certain extent.Especially in recent years,the problem of legal education for rural middle school students has become increasingly prominent,and the phenomenon of illegal crimes in secondary schools is on the rise.Strengthening the legal education of rural middle school students is conducive to the establishment of a correct legal system for rural middle school students,which is conducive to the harmonious development of the rural secondary school campus environment and creates a good rule of law environment for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.However,under the background of urbanization,the legal education of rural middle school students generally has problems such as the weakening of the leading role of the school,the lack of teacher guidance,the weak social strength,the single form of education,the low level of legal education in family education,and the lack of legal knowledge of middle school students.The social environment in rural areas,the legal education conditions in rural middle schools,the family factors of rural middle school students and the students’ own factors are the main reasons for the lag in rural secondary school legal education.Therefore,in order to improve the level of legal education for rural middle school students,schools must take the lead in occupying the main position of rural middle school students’ legal education,teachers as the guide to enhance the effectiveness of rural middle school students’ legal education,and society as the edification to increase the assimilation power of rural middle school students’ legal education.In order to improve the methods of rural middle school students’ legal education,the family as an example to make up for the short-board of the middle school students’ legal education and the students as the center to improve the level of rural middle school students’ legal education.We will work together to improve the legal education level of rural middle school students,so that rural middle school students can develop a good quality of law-abiding and law-abiding,and become a qualified middle school student who knows the law,law-abiding and usage,and creates a good rule of law environment for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
