Survey On Balloon Volleyball Course Construction In Colleges And Universities Of Heilongjiang Province Under The Background Of National Fitness

In the 1980 s,a native sport,balloon volleyball,was born in China.As a variant of competitive volleyball,compared with volleyball,there are similarities in rules and playing methods,but in the actual competition process,it also highlights the unique advantages of balloon volleyball,which reduces the obstacles in the promotion process,and is favored by middle-aged and elderly people.However,under the current situation,the promotion of balloon volleyball should not only aim at the middle-aged and elderly groups,but also be younger,which will enhance the vitality of the project and contribute to the sustainable development of balloon volleyball.As a centers for young people,colleges and universities will promote the development of balloon volleyball course in the new stage of development of balloon volleyball.In this paper,Heilongjiang University balloon volleyball course construction as the main research object,with literature,interviews,questionnaires and other methods,through field visits,in order to obtain research data.This paper studies the course of balloon volleyball and the participation of teachers in Colleges and universities,finds out the existing problems,and formulates solutions according to the problems.The results show that:1.Under the social background of "national fitness",in order to promote the balloon volleyball project,it is urgent for colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province to carry out the construction of balloon volleyball course.2.From the current situation of curriculum development,the situation of teachers,site investigation and students' sports awareness of balloon volleyball,it is found that the internal conditions of College Balloon Volleyball Curriculum are not mature,but there is a lot of room for development.3.There are some misunderstandings in the course of developing Balloon Volleyball Courses in Colleges and universities,the impact of other sports on balloon volleyball projects,and the development obstacles due to their own rules,weather and other reasons.4.In terms of the value of setting up balloon volleyball courses in Colleges and universities,it can not only meet the goal of national fitness in the general environment,butalso enrich the diversity of College Students' sports choices in order to achieve the goal of physical exercise and promote physical and mental health.5.In the construction of goals and contents of College balloon volleyball courses,we need to understand the relationship between soul and body.Through students' motivation to participate in sports to understand the construction of curriculum objectives,through students' learning content tendencies to understand the construction of curriculum content,in order to facilitate the upgrade of the curriculum in the process of guidance and pertinence.6.In the course implementation and evaluation of balloon volleyball in Colleges and universities,we need to understand three orientations of course implementation: loyalty orientation,mutual adjustment orientation and course creation orientation,and different content teaching chooses different course implementation methods.In the course evaluation,we should pay attention to the scope of evaluation,the object elements of evaluation and the value embodied in the evaluation system.
