Research On Safety Crisis Management In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,the population of school-age enrollment in Jiangsu and other provinces has greatly reduced,and the shortage of students in higher vocational colleges is very serious.In order to solve the problem,some higher vocational colleges have increased the enrollment plan of five-year higher vocational colleges,added the enrollment mode to the ordinary high school students,and increased the enrollment of secondary vocational schools in and out the province.In addition,some higher vocational colleges expand international education and recruit international students in Southeast Asia,Africa and Central Asia on a large scale,which leads to the complexity of students in higher vocational colleges.Furthermore,with the establishment of the modern vocational education system,there are five-year,three-year higher vocational colleges,4+0 applied-undergraduate and 3+2 junior college-undergraduate.In the new era of the popularization of the network and the popularity of the new media,there are more and more contradictions among various countries,regions and students.And some students have serious psychological problems,which have brought many hidden dangers to the higher vocational colleges.All these lead to the intertwined pattern of traditional security crisis of fire,fight,suicide and modern security crisis of psychological problems,cults,and network fraud.This pattern put forward higher requirements to the campus security crisis management of higher vocational collegesHowever,it is late for the higher vocational education in the new China to start.It is later for the management of the campus security crisis.There are many problems,such as the lack of the experience accumulated and professional personnel,the low level of professional management,the lack of relevant laws and regulations,the management organization is not perfect,the management mechanism is not perfect and so on.They become the bottleneck of modernization of safety crisis management in higher vocational colleges.Based on this background,taking Jiangsu agriculture and animal husbandry college as the example,this paper mainly studies the reasons and Countermeasures of the campus safety crisis in higher vocational colleges,and explores the basic connotation,main types,basic theoretical basis and inducement factors of the campus safety crisis management in higher vocational colleges.The overall characteristics of the security crisis are analyzed and studied.On this basis,drawing on the mature experience in the management of campus safety crisis in the United States and Japan,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of safety crisis management in the college campus from several aspects,such as the special laws of the security crisis management of the campus,the full use of local resources,the establishment of a modern crisis management system,and the work of key links.
