The new round fundamental curriculum reform put forward the quality education which would pave the way for the development of the senior middle school Chinese teachers' teaching individuality.Based on the investigation of subjects of some senior school Chinese teachers in Changsha Municipal,Hunan Province,the paper has studied the actuality of teachers'teaching individuality and analyzed its restrictive factors,which would brought out realistic approaches to push senior school Chinese teachers' teaching individuality.The paper is consisted of four parts.In chapter one,the background,methods and significance of the research was introduced,and the paper made a synthetic review about the previous studies.In chapter two,the connotation,feature and component of teacher teaching individuality was mainly analyzed,including its meanings for senior middle school Chinese teaching and learning.Senior middle school Chinese teachers' teaching individuality is the teachers' abilities of experience accumulation to the teachers and students.In brief,it is the individuality of senior middle school Chinese teachers' in teaching.Senior middle school Chinese teachers' teaching individuality can be found both inside teachers' views of teaching and outside teachers' teaching activity.It aims at promoting the quality of senior middle school Chinese teaching,the abilities of senior middle school students and the development of senior middle school Chinese teachers'profession.In chapter three,it is aimed at analyze the factors which restricting the development of senior Chinese teacher teaching individuality.It lies in two aspects including internal factors and external factors.The former is related to teacher teaching knowledge and experience.The latter is involved in support from the outside except themselves.A better performance is the result of two aspects that works harmoniously.In chapter four,the countermeasure of senior middle school Chinese teacher leadership of curriculum was lodged from the results of the investigation.Improving the individuality of senior middle school Chinese teachers teaching,senior middle schools should provide better conditions for the individuality of senior middle school Chinese teacher teaching.Senior middle school Chinese teachers ought to change ideas,improving individuality during the process of senior middle school Chinese teacher teaching.
