Research On Cultivation Of Entrepreneurial Quality Of Agricultural College Students

The in-depth development of popular entrepreneurship and innovation is an important vehicle for implementing innovation-driven development strategies.With the deepening of higher education reform,the education of college students' entrepreneurial quality has become an important part of the reform of college education.How to promote the work of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities,and how to improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship of current college students,has become an urgent research topic in today's society.Shanxi Agricultural University is one of the first batch of 99"deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform model universities" in the country.lt studies the innovative and entrepreneurial students of the university and has obvious typicalness and representativeness.Based on the literature research at home and abroad,this article examines the entrepreneurial quality through entrepreneurial awareness,entrepreneurial knowledge,entrepreneurial ability,entrepreneurial psychology and quality.Mainly focusing on the junior and senior college students of Shanxi Agricultural University,supplemented by the freshmen and sophomores,the questionnaire survey was conducted on 1224 students,and more than 10 entrepreneurial college students were also interviewed,SPSS Statistics 17.0 software was used to cross-analyze the data results,and the interview method was used to verify the scientific and objective results of the questionnaire.Through the research,it is found that at present,the number of entrepreneurs is low and the success rate of entrepreneurship is low in agricultural colleges and universities.In the quality of entrepreneurship,it shows such problems as weak entrepreneurial consciousness,unreasonable knowledge structure,low comprehensive ability of entrepreneurship and negative entrepreneurial psychology.This paper analyzes the reasons why students' overall entrepreneurial quality is low from four aspects:students' individual,family's traditional thought,school education system model and social and cultural atmosphere.According to relevant theories and my own deep analysis,this paper proposes ways to improve the entrepreneurial quality of college students.The school should create a positive and strong entrepreneurial culture atmosphere,build a perfect dual-creation education system,and create a comprehensive service platform for entrepreneurship.University teachers should integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the teaching process through various courses.we should give full play to the role of ideological and political theory courses and counselors ideological and political education in the cultivation of entrepreneurial quality,help students inspire entrepreneurial awareness,improve entrepreneurial knowledge structure,enhance entrepreneurial ability,entrepreneurial quality.
