Research On Campus Culture Construction Of Feihu Primary School In Kunming

The construction of campus culture is the key to the implementation of quality education and spiritual civilization in schools.Many schools are now carrying out this work,which involves many aspects,including school teaching,research and management.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the construction of campus culture.It can promote the comprehensive implementation of quality education,accelerate the pace of modernization education,and improve the management of schools.It is an effective measure to create a good learning environment and enable students to grow healthily and mentally.At the same time,access to scientific and cultural knowledge.First of all,the author takes Flying Tigers primary school of Kunming as a case study.Through questionnaire survey,in-depth interviews and other methods,the author explores the relevant theories of campus culture construction and talk about the current situation of campus culture.By analyzing the historical background,development overview,construction motivation,construction principle,construction content and achievements of campus culture of Flying Tigers primary school of Kunming,the author clarifies that the campus culture construction of Flying Tigers primary school of Kunming plays an important role in promoting the all-round development of students,improving the quality of school education,creating characteristic schools,and improving the reputation of schools.Then,the author analyzes the problems and causes of the campus culture construction of Flying Tigers primary school of Kunming.Based on the research and analysis,we find out that the main problems are as below.The material culture of Flying Tigers primary school of Kunming is out of tune,the spiritual culture is not well developed,the institutional culture is driven by rigidity,and the activity culture is just in the form.The main reasons for the problems above are that the campus culture construction in Flying Tigers primary school of Kunming is in its infancy.The purpose of campus culture construction is not clear and there are discrepancies in understanding.The research and scientific argumentation of the campus culture construction of FlyingTigers primary school of Kunming is insufficient,lacking of long-term planning,and following the trend blindly.The cultural grade is not so high,the supervision evaluation is inefficient and lacking comprehensive management.Finally,the author takes the campus culture construction of Flying Tigers primary school of Kunming as an example,discusses the countermeasures for the construction of primary school campus culture.This part is also the focus and purpose of this paper.The author believes that Flying Tigers primary school of Kunming can practice in four aspects.First,coordinate resource allocation and improve campus material culture in the construction of campus culture.Second,highlight the characteristics of Flying Tigers and cultivate campus spiritual culture.Third,improve system of management and system of campus culture.Fourth,build the culture brand of Flying Tigers and enrich campus activities.From various practices,we can promote the successful establishment of characteristic campus culture of Flying Tigers primary school of Kunming.
