Training is one of the most effective ways to personnel training.IT is an important topic for regulators to improve the ability and quality of regulators and fulfill their duties through efficient training.However,there are some problems in the training system of Market Supervision & Administration Bureau of BJ District,which reduces the training effect.This study is based on experiential learning and other related theories,and uses the literature review,interview,questionnaire survey,data analysis and other methods.Firstly,it finds out the problems existing in the existing training system of Market Supervision & Administration Bureau of BJ District,namely,poor pertinence of training topics,negative employee coping,weak process control and a mere formal assessment.Secondly,it analyzes the causes of the problems,i.e.,the leaders’ lack of understanding,the weakening of institutional functions and the inadequate institution of training.Taking the problems as the starting point,this study optimizes existing training system of Market Supervision & Administration Bureau of BJ District through four aspects,that is,creating an environment suitable for experiential learning,drawing up a reasonable experiential training plan,conducting effective implementation control and establishing a practical training evaluation system.Especially for the training plan formulation,the appropriate and effective experiential training methods should be chosen as far as possible in order to improve the participation and enthusiasm of employees and to enhance the training effectiveness,if time and funds permit.This study specifically designs an experiential training course for new employees.In addition,it is pointed out that the key to the implementation of the training system is not only to build a reasonable training organization structure,a sound training system and a positive transformation mechanism of training results,but also to create a good learning culture and atmosphere.It is hoped that this study can make the training programs of Market Supervision & Administration Bureau of BJ District more deeply and more effective.At the same time,it can also be used as a reference for the improvement and development of other regulators’ staff training. |
